My wife and I worked with James "Jim" McDonald(Loan Officer) and Rosa Grillo(Fulfillment) to refinance our home in September of 2021. Both were very professional and helped us work through the requirements needed to complete the transaction. We went to closing with a good understanding of what was required and were provided with the final Disclosure a couple days prior to closing for our review. Overall it was a good experience, considering this was our first refinance. James and Rosa were easy to get a hold of, and answered every question we had. No real complaints to offer.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the process of refinancing my home through RP Funding. Tricia Gathwright was wonderful to work with and walked me through every step. The process was super easy compared to my previous experience, and every person I talked to was beyond helpful and just plain nice. Highly recommend!

My experience with RP Funding for a refinance of my existing mortgage was fantastic. Very nice personable people at every step. The highly automated process made it easy to supply all the needed documents. They kept in touch throughout the process and made things clear and easy. We just completed the closing, with a notary sent out to our hose. Very simple and no surprises. We are very happy with the whole RP Funding process.
