The place is really beautiful, immersed in a pine forest with direct access to the sea, ideal for relaxing and for children. Not negligible advantage even not taking the car. 5-star staff, the structure does not deserve the 4 stars, blind baths without even a fan, untreated common parts and small attentions for absent customers (lack of refill ice-cream flavors, lack of variety, even extra menus). Certainly to improve the attention to the customer, made up for by the more than helpful staff who tries to make up for the management's deficiencies. Stayed in the east house

Outstanding from 10 stars. Beautiful place. Very friendly staff. Perfect accommodation. Surrounded by greenery, there are no cars but only electric vehicles. Silence and privacy at the top. Beach 1 minute walk beautiful (famous rocchette beach) with clean water and delicious colors. You have in the price 2 sunbeds and umbrella. Very special pool looks like a pond. Environmentally friendly architecture. Well finished mini apartments comfortable and well maintained as well as the whole ensemble. Great park. It's a place to really get away from the daily grind. Excellent air for vegetation. Non-existent noises that allow sleeping with open windows. One of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. You live in easygoing without any effort. Convenient to reach in 5 minutes you are in Casiglione della Pescaia. Outdoor parking 1 minute from the protected exit with indoor seats. Not to be missed

Comfortable beach and very spaced umbrellas at this time covid. Interesting restaurants for lunch or dinner snacks. The only suggestion is a mirror and a few coat hooks in the apartment.
Beautiful resort with hotel and holiday homes under large trees. Very family friendly. Still, quiet. Everything was good on foot. Fine, miles of sandy beach. No stones, very gently sloping. Very friendly staff. Guarded parking with optical number recognition (takes a few seconds). Small supermarket is also open on Sundays. Do not forget mosquito spray in the evening.
The stay in a "villa" of the Roccamare Resort (it is a bi / tri-family) immersed in a well-organized pine forest was pleasant. Peace reigns in the pine forest and there are few mosquitoes, a sign of good disinfestation and maintenance. The distance from the sea is reduced and along the way, from the entrance to the beach umbrella, you will find a supermarket, swimming pool with solarium, hotel, gym, restaurant, bathrooms and bar. Free parking for guests. The apartments are spacious and in 2, as we were, they are super comfortable, equipped with all the usual appliances and utensils including broom, dustpan, bins for waste separation, drying rack, cutlery, crockery, toilet paper, tablecloths and sheets. After opening the bottle of Rosso di Montalcino, however, we realized that the 2 glasses on the list were absent, what a disappointment :-( In September almost everything was booked, but there were no cases of overcrowding: the empty pool was top! The takeaway pizza from the nice classy restaurant (I have seen nice filleted fish) is good, well cooked and very topped. I don't know how to evaluate the value for money because I don't know the total price, but I think it's adequate. The organization is excellent: gardeners and cleaning companies "invisible" but present and smiling. All employees were professional and diligent. The market was poorly stocked and very expensive. Fairly dated but well maintained, this is a place, in my opinion, for medium-long holidays.
we stayed for 2 nights in June .. I must say that the only downside are the rooms, at least as seen by us, dated and poorly soundproofed due to the fact that border other through a door, of course, but always a closed door .. .. there to say that ALL the staff makes sure that the rooms will go unnoticed .... prepared. gentili..disponibili ... really nice .. a staff of 10 and praise .. at the restaurant you eat really well and also the staff super! very pretty and crystal clear water ... amazing pool clean and well ... in short, a place definitely worth visiting ...
Stay from 13.5.-20.5.17: everything around wonderful. We lived in the studios directly between the shady pine trees. Studios well equipped with single beds pushed together to double bed. Good solid mattresses and pillows. Kitchenette with hot plates, fridge, pots, knives, etc. Everything available. Chest of drawers and wardrobe with enough space. Dining table and chairs, china cabinet. Bathroom with shower and tub. Bath / WC. Balcony or terrace depending on the 1st or ground floor.
The staff is very friendly. Attentive, humorous without being intrusive. Perfect sense of what matters.
The facility is well maintained. Nestled in the pine forest. Direct access to the private beach and beautiful sea. Beach chairs and umbrellas available.

Great location .. beautiful sea, only a pity for the short beach, friendly and helpful staff, clean environment and clean rooms. Parking virtually attached to the resort and free. Beautiful swimming pool and the environment in general .. If I can only make two small observations: in such a neat place the coffee cannot be served with a cup and when you drink it all the lumpy background remains .. and maybe solve the bee problem at the beach bar. Despite these little things I would go back!

Beautiful resort in the middle of the pine forest of rocchette between wing tip and castiglion of the weir. It consists of two hotels (west near the beach and east at about 3/400 meters to go along avenues within the pine forest itself) and various bungalows / houses scattered in the pine forest. Each hotel has its own restaurant with a swimming pool. Excellent catering. Dear all staff ready to listen to any requests and / or complaints the eastern hotel itself consists of some garden rooms with small patio and garden near the restaurant and pool. Fantastic place, fantastic sea, great food and well cooked but the rooms should perhaps be renovated to offer maximum comfort, already present throughout the resort.
Did I say this was my best stay in a beach resort, in Italy?Rooms are big, clean and furnished with all you need. The beach is sandy and big. The Swimmingpool is big enough. The resort is on a large pine plantation but the piece de resistance is the restaurant:just perfect!staff is extremely helpful and nice. Yes, it's a little more expensive than the ones in the near but its worth every cent!
Lovely location of the Hotel nestled in a vast pine forest. Avenues to walk around on foot or by bicycle: no engine noise ... His eyes filled with green, blue and shades of pink at sunset. clean sea and almost warm water. The professional and kind staff ..... but alas don't think you can easily wash your face, hands or teeth !!!! Sinks, really original, but certainly not suited to their purpose !!!!

Very beautiful sea and beach. The villas, as they define the houses, are very large and comfortable. Obviously, being inside a pine forest, you live with insects. But the shade and cool make up for it well. Dinner in the Zibellino restaurant, part of the resort, offers excellent quality food and service.
I was there for a conference. Very nice place, nestled in a pine forest (not seen from above) near the sea, well-kept pool and beach. Full bungalows and very helpful staff. Fairly good food. Suitable for families and conferences, unsuitable for those who love nightlife: too out of reach and even the bar closes early

Cute place and friendly linen included and what is not bad especially for us women in summer we prepare psychologically for a move (linen, clothes, makeup, shoes, and then if there are children .....) course the price is equal to the comfort . The only downside is true that we did not have breakfast included, but you can not charge 16 euro each !!
Very nice location, right on the beach. Beautiful natural environment and no concrete bunker all around. The facility is well maintained and quiet. Parking outside the area, but right next door, fenced and covered, unguarded. The bungalows are no longer contemporary and come in the years. The decor very sparse and neither clean nor something for the eye. Toilet paper, detergent, mosquito repellent (tiger mosquitoes) must be brought! Cutlery, plates and kitchen utensils are also several years (tenth) old. A clear minus even when booking! Not clear which bungalow you book. On the spot then the surprise with the widest possible house (and the toddler). All in all way too expensive! Speaking of which, let the fingers of minimarket-sparkling water without carbon dioxide 6x1.5l for just over 7 is rip off!

We stayed 1 night as a bridge in the hotel. The room looks standard and a bit overpriced for the price. Smart double room for 51.00 per person. At breakfast, I wanted to order a coffee, but got none because the employee of the service said he would bring me only one inside because there are wasps outside. That did not strike me at all, since I wanted to have breakfast outside in the nice weather and not inside, I did that without coffee. The man from the service seemed generous and came back to us with the info: "If they get stung, they call their ambulance itself." I first had to laugh about the hysteria, but that quickly disappeared when 10 minutes later two other tourists sat down outside and were kindly asked what kind of coffee they wanted. Unfriendly. Not more.

I answer by following your statements: I saw precooked foods unloaded inside the Resort on the scullery side near the entrance "reserved for staff" behind the reception and not outside the entire complex next to the mini market where I saw other goods unloaded.
On the second day, I asked the chef's dining room meter and I was told that it was Campano (Benevento) and not Calabrese and, in any case, beyond the chef's regional origin which is not fundamental, the basis of the problem is the materials raw materials used for cooking. They were not of quality! Allow me a digression .. I did not start traveling the day before yesterday in fact I travel often for business reasons and a lot also for pleasure, staying in medium-high level facilities and for this I took the liberty of giving an opinion. Mine is not a sterile complaint but a comment to help you understand how to solve various bugs in your management! Also because at this point the quality / price ratio doesn't hold!
During the Covid period, I stayed in other 4-star hotels and the breakfast and dinner products were top quality while respecting hygiene standards. Ditto for the minibar in the room, in other resorts, I have always found branded packaged products in the safety standards required by the institutions. After all, if I find the bottle of sanitized water in the fridge, I can also find something else! And if I consume what I find in the fridge, I pay when I check out! The homage of water makes me smile!
As for the desserts, if they are of artisan pastry .. well I'm sorry to have to advise you to change pastry. Furthermore, a chef or an assistant chef of a 4-star / Resort structure takes little time to make a tart or a plum-cake.
A clarification: I did not convert my reservation from breakfast and half board during the stay but from before I arrived at the hotel, communicating it by email and by phone. For this reason I could not have been aware of the low quality standard of the restaurant. Furthermore, my choice to stay for dinner was dictated by the particular period to expose myself less and respect the anti-Covid protocol (I answer you using your own answer).
With regard to our complaints manifested only at the time of check out and not before, it was a gesture of fairness in order not to put those who work in difficulty and above all not to give rise to economic issues.
At this point, since you have misinterpreted a constructive criticism, then I trust you that, during our stay, we pointed out some things to the staff in the room ... disservices that I omitted to write in my first review and that, now, I want to list: - at breakfast, a 15-minute wait for a cappuccino - at dinner, a long wait between one dish and another - mistakes and forgetfulness in bringing the main courses to the table when the first dish was still expected - second courses released before finishing the first course and then brought back just heated. - at the beach bar they served packed salads from the canteen and we noticed that the same type of salad was served for dinner (did you see me wearing a nose ring?! ??).
All this is not tolerable in a Resort even when there are high numbers of people / tables let alone tolerate it when, as in this season, the number of diners in your room was below the seasonal average.

Location in the beautiful park, swimming pool, sea. Services in the cottage are not there. In three days we were there no one came to clean even though we asked. No soap and we were left without toilet paper
It is certainly one of the most beautiful hotels on the Maremma coast. The hotel is located within a pine forest and has direct access to the sea which is very nice and clean
The price could slow down or influence the choice to. But the position on the sea and the services offered, the courtesy and availability, the convenience of the mini apartments confirm more than correct the price / quality ratio. I advise, however, to directly ask for precise info on the proposed accommodation which for the same price can be different. In general, the opinion is really positive.
Returned today after 10 days to Roccamare: wonderful location, villas and apartments immersed in the pine forest, very quiet and clean. All the staff are very nice and helpful. the proposals on the evening menu are excellent, while for breakfast you could do something better and the same for the proposals at the beach bar .... a plate of cold pasta 7 euros a glass of fruit 5 euros seem to me a bit high prices ...
Superb structure immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan Maremma .... The restaurant service is really excellent with dishes and specialties of high culinary level. Same thing for the location of the village consisting of veritable paths that lead to the various areas of the park where different types of dwellings can be found .... From the apartments to the large villas too ....... Everything is completed from private beach with sunbeds, two swimming pools and very suggestive whirlpool, fitness areas, beach bar, market, private car parking ......... All really very very nice !!!! A holiday with a capital V !!!!!

I liked the location, surrounded by splendid vegetation and overlooking a beautiful, well-equipped beach; Covid prevention measures are perfect. Definitely to improve the furniture and kitchen supplies in the villas. The small shop at the entrance of the structure is expensive as the fire, too bad.
I have not seen worse service. Price-performance ratio is not respected at all. In the room, which is declared as a seaview with a surcharge of 110 per day per view, there is a small piece from the sea, and the rest is a roof. On the beach, you need to book a prepaid sunbed. The first row is for lux, the rest - as the rescuer decides. The dinner is not satisfying. 3 dishes are so modest in size that it is impossible to get enough. Everyone is 'catching up' with desserts. There is no hair conditioner in the room. On request, too, could not provide. The plumbing is all terribly inconvenient. Toilet lid without a closer, sink with smooth edges + trendy flow mixer = all damp as soon as you wash your hands. The bath has a "curtain" made of glass, which is very inconvenient to use. The floor in the room is not washed. All feet are in the sand. Slippers are available upon request. The sea is a slab entrance. The beach is sand.
