This place is absolutely fantastic, Dr. Levaro and his team helped me tremendously after amputating my index finger at work. I honestly never thought I would be the same and even after I healed from the surgery and physical therapy I still had my doubts about my abilities. Well it's been 2 years since my amputation and I can now say that it's like it never even happened. Other than a few obvious differences, I am 100%. Dr. Levaro is the absolute best, he was present from start to finish, gave me his personal cell phone number just in case I needed anything, and he is a wonderful surgeon. Thank you ROC for absolutely everything!

Update from 3 months ago with Dr. Levaro. I cannot stress enough how grateful and pleased I am with my surgeon, Dr. Levaro. It has been almost 4 months since I have had surgery and I am very pleased with my results. He has exceeded my expectations. I knew going into surgery that the final outcome would not be the same as prior to my accident (severed 2 tendons and a nerve in "no man's land") but 4 months later I can say that I am almost back to the way they were prior to surgery. Dr. Levaro is truly a miracle worker.

THIS PLACE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. I started at this clinic earlier in the year and had a great experience with Dr. Yevgeny services. However the OFFICE MANAGEMENT IS TRULY HORRENDOUS. My surgery w/ Dr. Yevgeny was first thing in the morning, but I was taken into surgery until 2:30 pm because of double booking. Fast forward to a kneed injury in December and a visit to Dr. Masson. I was told over the phone my appt was for Dec 28th only to find out it was actually for the 29th. When arriving for my confirmed appt time, I was turned away because of another scheduling error - he was only seeing patients post op. Although I had a scheduled time slot with the doctor and the error was that of the staff, I was told I would have to come back with a new appt. ZERO customer service and consideration for anyone else's time other than their own.

I am very pleased with the care and treatment I received at Dr. Masson s facility. It was a friendly atmosphere that made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Masson listened to me and thoroughly examined the injured area to make sure that there was no further damage. Thank You..

One of the best clinics ever, the customer service provided by the entire staff was amazing and helped with my recovery to be much more comfortable. I wanna recover Doctor Masson. He was very helpful with patience to explain every detail about my pre-surgery and post-surgery. This guys has tons of experience and patience. Also, David, he was very good at what he does. They remove my titanium plate after it got infected. this car is barely visible. I recover 100% after two weeks. Thank you all the effort of making feel better.

I had a AWSOME experience at ROC Houston! Dr Marco's Masson and his staff were extremely Nice and helpful and the energy there is energetic and very uplifting! My foot has healed up perfectly and I would definitely recommend this place for everyone!

The day my injury occurred, I initially believed I was never going to be able to function the same ever again. A partially amputated thumb at the nail bed was the most brutal injury I ve ever experienced. The first couple days, I was completely down and broken from that experience.
The day I first came in for an appointment, I ll never forget the way Dr. Y made me feel a sense of hope and optimism. He explained everything clearly and even made a few jokes. As if I was going to be completely normal after his procedure.
6 weeks later, I can honestly say he truly reconstructed my thumb. It s all healed up, the nail is growing back and I can use it for a lot of things I wasn t able to use it for anymore. I wasn t able to thank him enough for helping me heal and get back to normal. Anyone who is treated by him will be taken care of at the absolute most professional level.
