There needs to be a contact phone number to actually be able to talk to a real person this company, not just leave messages that never get answered. I'm getting real life threats from someone impersonating me on an Alt account that they are saying is my Official Alt. I DO NOT HAVE ANY ALTS. There are two accounts impersonating me. I contacted Roblox on Sept. 11, 2017 & the first account is still there. The second account was made today, Sept. 21, 2017. I've sent an email on my original ticket number with the second account information. I also have screen shots of both of them. The fact that they let cyberbullying & harassment go on towards any player is ridiculous. I'm an adult, but it would be even worse for a child. I send proof that it's NOT me, but yet they aren't checking the IP's of the other two accounts & banning ALL accounts associated with that is craziness. PLEASE HELP YOUR PLAYERS BE SAFE AND TAKE MY REPORTS SERIOUSLY! This is supposed to be a safe platform for children & adults alike. My children & I are OBC members & we pay a lot of money monthly with 4 memberships for a safe community. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
