Zero customer service. They don't respond to email...
Zero customer service. They don't respond to emails, tickets or phone calls. They even ignore you on social media. They prey on kids to get their parents to spend money and often they don't actually deposit their "robux" to the kid's accounts and if you inquire about this they just terminate your kid's accounts with no responses or interactions. Leaves kids very upset and parents without the money they spent. Avoid!
