Robin was incredibly easy and practical to deal with from day 1. Although we thought we knew exactly what we wanted in terms of design - Robin was able to offer alternative designs given his experience which opened up a completely different view for us. The end result is great and that is largely as a result of the design and Robin's involvement.

He was then happy to discuss and tweak these until we reached the perfect design solution. He also sorted out all the building regulation requirements and liaised with the council on my behalf.
