Ramiro is great! He always greets us with the biggest smile. He explains everything in great detail and always makes sure we understand everything that s being done to my car. He makes it a point to come to the waiting room where we are, kneels down and explains the details of the work that is being performed. He just doesn t leave us in the dark. This is a true customer service rep who knows how to take care of his customers! Kudos to Ramiro for a job ALWAYS well done!

While service has been quick and simple, scheduling online has not been up to par. Both times I have scheduled online, I have still had to call the service department to confirm my appointment. I should have gotten a response online or by call soon after scheduling online, but that didn't happen either time.

Also, it would be nice if the service department offered a free wash and vacuum. Maybe that's not customary at every dealership, but I would think it being Toyota that it would.

Oil change and tire rotation and birthday car wash...

Oil change and tire rotation and birthday car wash. Beautiful job on the carwash. We had what looked to be white paint appear underneath the drivers rear taillight. It had appeared about four months ago and we waited until the oil change to get some professional advice for what it was or what it caused it. Rita told me she did not know. I asked her if she would call to check to see if the extended warranty covered it. She did and called me the next day and told me no it did not. Since we had paid for the extended warranty, I expected Robbins to take more of an interest. Rita suggested it might be due to an aftermarket tail light of which I said no--this was the lens that came on the car when we purchased it from Robbins. We have now had two different service managers and both of their attitudes were indifferent to the customer. Rita did not even know we had two years of service and initially told me the charge for the oil change and tire rotation. Although she was very nice, I could tell that she really did not care me the customer.

Great experience with Wesley Robinson and Ricky Riddle at Robbins. Wesley was very professional and had a great attitude. He listened to my concerns and worked until a deal was reached that made my wife and I happy. Ricky Riddle is also a great asset to Robbins and it certainly didn't hurt that I have known Ricky for many years. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Tundra Platinum that is easily the best truck I have ever owned.

Have to give Robbins Toyota credit for exercising great Covid protocols when getting my vehicle serviced. They even wiped my pen down! Service was timely and explained. They honored my 10 dollar coupon. Great service.

This place is great. The staff are always polite and never pushy and the showroom is so clean. The service department is also very friendly and always helpful in explaining what s wrong with your vehicle. I love the new American flag in the parking lot too.
