While service has been quick and simple, scheduling online has not been up to par. Both times I have scheduled online, I have still had to call the service department to confirm my appointment. I should have gotten a response online or by call soon after scheduling online, but that didn't happen either time.

Also, it would be nice if the service department offered a free wash and vacuum. Maybe that's not customary at every dealership, but I would think it being Toyota that it would.
