I cannot recommend having work done at Rob's Auto Care. They overbook, keep the vehicle for days after the estimate, overcharge well beyond suggested retail costs for parts, and do not complete the work as itemized.

I have a family emergency that requires me to drive out of state to help care for a family member. I needed my rear brakes done before leaving. Rob has bent over backwards to help! Rob's Auto Care is where we go for maintenance for our vehicles. He truly cares and lets us know what maintenance will be on the horizon so we can prepare for it!

Rob and his crew are the best Auto shop on the Southcoast. My Jeep broke down and needed alot of work done on it. New tires, brakes, new battery the whole spcheel. With all that it needed i was worried it be in the shop for a month.

The facility is very clean and efficient. The crew had my Jeep back within a week!!! And it felt brand new.

Rob diagnosed and repaired my truck a month ago. The truck strangely now has more power and been running great since. My only regret is not immediately taking it in, hence wasting money on parts not needed. Thanks Robb for the fair price and timely repair....great job!
