Absolutely horrible experience with this company. There's a class action lawsuit being filed against them for a reason. Faulty products, bad customer service, safety hazards, etc. The tubs have caused fires while people are using them!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! BUYER BEWARE.

Product arrived dirty AND faulty. Refused to have a third party inspector check the items. No quality control, no sense of responsibility. The seller refuses to negotiate.
