We have leased one of the 4th floor suites in the Moline building that RM Crowe manages for the last 3.5 years. The A/C on the 4th and 5th floor went out on 06/20/2019 and they were advised of the issue. They had a contractor come out to look at everything on 07/09 and it was deemed that a compressor needed to be fixed. They had the A/C back up and running on 07/23 and was functioning from 07/23-07/26. The A/C has since gone out again so we are looking at 46 of 51 days in the middle of the Summer with no A/C. The property manager of RM Crowe has been of zero help and shown zero empathy or problem solving skills. We were provided with one $15 box fan to cool and office of 24. This has cost our company thousands of dollars per day in productivity.
