Worst company eveeer I dont know how they are still in business, do not give them freight you need to track, I was on hold for about 45 minutes changed 5 people and then finally got someone who could help, I will never allow my company to use this company again. Just terrible. I wish we could give negative stars.

Awful - no tracking - no one answers phones - just awful!!! Not only do they not answr or reply - but after about 20 phone calls, THEY LIE!!!.. Told me goods were ent even picke dup until Thursday teh 18th, I came in omn Monday - checeked the paperwork and they were picked up by the driver on the 15th -

I started with RJW as a company driver a few months back doing 3rd shift line haul. Absolutely great place to work. As long as you do your job in a safe manner its about as easy going as a trucking job can get. The pay rivals other LTL jobs including teamsters who I have worked for before without all micro managing. Adam is a the most down to earth dispatcher I have had and is always professional while being very understanding and easy going. 5 star in terms of being a company driver here, couldn't ask for better.

Their customer package tracking is garbage. It will say a date and time of arrival but your package won t come till 4-5 days after. Not good for people who don t want wait at home all day for a package that isn t coming!

If you want to work for an awful company, go ahead and accept a job at RJW. Complete neglect of employees needs, no matter who I asked for help from (I addressed issues with my manager, other managers, etc) on company issues, nobody helped. Not one person acknowledged the complete unfair ways that RJW ran this company. I have a lot of previous experience and I will say this is the worst company I have ever worked for. Take the advice of all the other reviews, this is NOT a place you want to be unless you want a dead end job with no pay raises and unfair work treatment. Run.

I had an order with a tool company shipped through RJW. I have a few things to say about their customer service. I think this is probably the best experience I've ever had regarding an order/shipment. I sent an email inquiring about the ETA of my order and within 10 minutes I had a time scheduled for delivery to my home. I've placed many orders and received many packages over the years and this was the fastest, most organized response I've ever had.

They are apparently unable to read instructions on a Bill-of-Lading. "Call for Appointment" is ignored. Then when you call in to speak to someone, you get transferred to dispatch who does not answer and has a full mailbox. Who wants to take bets on how long this operation lasts?

I'm not the negative type to say anything about a place or company but, this by far has to be one of the top 5 worse places to work ever. Unprofessional, obnoxious management, they gossip on and off the clock and the pay isn't worth all the headaches plus I wasn't trained properly to even do the job right. They wanted me to make rate my 2nd day there. Not right at all! I wouldn't advice anyone to work for this company in any state or region.

Call to track my package nobody answers the phone I get put on hold and after 10 min it goes back to the automated.. pressed the number again and same thing nobody answers and goes back to the automated answer machine.

Good fast place. Only problem was weight. Broker rate conformation said 32k. Actual weight was 42k. Now that's a breach of contract. Told shipper we dont want it. So CH Robinson had no choice but to pay more. To all the trucking companies that get mislead and under paid. We must check and challenge these brokers. Cheers!!

I have worked with both Joe & Cindy and they are pretty amazing they get things done in a timely manner and always put their customers first. I would love to work with the both of them again
