After a series of other companies took a crack at our air conditioning RJH came and just fixed it. No call backs no squabbling. Just fixed.

I wanted a price to install an ice maker I had bought used. I wanted to afford these guys the opportunity to take a look at what we were asking them to do and come take a look at what the situation and equipment was. They sent a guy out, who reviewed what we had, and sent me a price that was more then double the next price we got (which was from a very reputable company). Then they charged me almost $300 for them to take a look at what we had before they gave me an estimate. Be wary of these people. I would look elsewhere.

Came to repair a 7 year old commercial fridge. Upon looking at the unit they said the cost of repairs would be OVER $1000. I said I was going to buy a new one because I already replaced the compressor last year which costs $1,000. The tech said ok and charged me $445 for JUST the diagnosis. Took the tech less than 45 minutes. Way overpriced just to tell me that. I will not use them again.

Called and kindly asked if they are hiring and if I was calling the right location or extension. Guy was very rude and short with his answers no help at all. I probably wasn t talking to the right person to begin with but who ever answered the phone was very rude glad they re not hiring by the way they answer the phone not a company I would wanna work for

RJH is the service company other service companies refer customers to when they can't handle a problem. Talented techs with experienced management. I highly recommend.
