Riyad Sheraton hotel and towers Review

Used to be good but after the covid pandemic things changed. However they still have a good and friendly staff.

It was beautiful inside and the hospitality is awesome I regular attend meetings of SDS there

The buffet has two lines one of which was not very obvious, no one in the staff cared to illustrate this and left the first line get too crowded
It rained a little bit and the entrance to the parking lot got flooded. People wearing their finest cloths and shoes hat to wade through puddles of mud which was as ironic end to the night
Other than that nice place and decent flood

The hotel is nice and location is very good. Hotel lobby is good but as big. Parking area is very bad as you have to park outside hotel parking and it's very bad since last two years. Your car will be save but you have to wash your car after even 2 hours of parking at outside.

Very clean. Professional staffs except gate securities. Nice meals.

Nice, clean and lovely hotel and facilities. But expensive orders and drinks at lobby.

I am giving 3 stars because I didn't feel the luxury that I have come to associate with the Sheraton brand worldwide.

Arrived and it was a nightmare finding a spot to park with little or no directions from anyone. There were also renovations going on at the time.

In any case, the interior was designed for stylish familiarity rather than grand opulence which was good. Food wasn't exceptional, and I didn't feel anything different from the staff.

Just an ok experience.

Access and parking are terrible. They have a good cigar lounge and reasonable prices relative to other hotels.

Come here for a cigar in a comfortable ambiance. Cigars stock is limited and occasionally restocked. Service could be slow.

Insider's tip: you can always order from the Hotel's restaurants (Italian is good).

Not a fancy place and no high end cigars here.

Still the most central place for business meetings. Great terrace restaurant. Even better Italian pizza tratoria.

They have the best burger in Riyadh (the Manhattan burger).

Calm place and the buffet was very organised and the food tasty...

The food was very bad, poof menu and no variety at all... I am shocked even from the level of the service and the style of the buffet

Nice Hotel. Reasonable pricing. Food, Services, Facilities are good.

The staff are nice and helpful and the food is good. However, the property is tooooo old and the rooms are very depressing. I asked my company to find any alternative hotel to this one just because staying there made me depressed. The lighting in the room is weak, and almost everything can break apart anytime. The bathrooms are tiny and not very comfortable to use.

Nice place for dinner,
Open buffet so eat what ever you like.
The only problem is the parking area is far from the entrance you have to park outside as limited places inside.
