Riyad Sheraton hotel and towers Review

Nice, lovely hotel located down town ,in Al Olaya area.
Minimal interior design, friendly staff, a quite spacious indoors pool ,gym and other facilities as fitness center. On the ground floor there is also an Italian restaurant and three lounges, two of them allowing smoking.
Service is friendly and prices rather reasonable and the environment relaxing and cosmopolitan.

5 stars hotel in a very good location on king abdullah road and king fahd branch road
Only car barking is not available always as you wish

They have great lounge. 2 cigar Lounges open from 6am till midnight. Very friendly and warm staff. Nice decoration

Visited recently for an event. Peaceful and elegant place. Visited the conference room and lounge near it. Very thing is clean and well kept. Staffs are very friendly.

I'm new in Riyadh and Sheraton Riyadh Hotel is the first Hotel in Riyadh I visit and it was really very comfortable in terms of their rates they are offering the best ratea. The staff are very well organised and well groomed, the receptionists were very helpful and ready to assist in any information asked. Not forgetting the cleanliness and richness of the place and furniture displayed. Indeed I recommend Sheraton Riyadh Hotel for those who have business meetings, for those who want to gather for coffee, a smoke and chit chats the Cigar Lounge is the place. Yes indeed I will visit again yes indeed it was a pleasant experience.

IT was amazing I went there because of the buffet of Ramadan there was almost all kinds of food : sushi, shawarma, pastas, meat,chicken, rise and all kinds of appetizers

Excellent services and also located on very primary location

No new exciting experiences or activities, hopefully next time when everything back to new normal and tourists travel to Saudi again

Smart rather American style hotel with good service. It is close to the highway so prone to some Street noise in some rooms.

Nice hotel. One of the oldest in Riyadh but recently renovated. Spacious room with nice amenities. Food is nice and the executive lounge is open from 9 am to 11 pm. A bit pricey though.

I had to spend 10 days but sepnt 3 nights in Sheraton and I did not like it at all
Starting by the management ... they do not care if you are elite member or not and they will offer you the worest they have ... they are cheap like sh...t. the lounge meals are very bad ... the room itself ... I have a broken bed. I and no cofee machine ... the gym is one of the worst ... the hotel location is the bad too

Good meeting rooms, their food and service are great

Parking parking parking problems if your lucky you will not get your shoes dearty, but if you did you can find a shoe cleaner in the lobby bathroom.

The rooms are fine I stayed for 2 months for work. The laundry is okay just round the corner there are several laundry shops that will deal with your laundry much quicker and cheaper than the hotel. But the customer service is terrible! They know nothing totally unhelpful and just rude to be honest.

Pretty old hotel. Not for everyone. limited dining options. Service is better comparatively to other places in Riyadh. A bit overpriced for the quality of rooms

Attended a few days of training conference there, Good place.

Staff are friendly , my room was little bit small and pillows are not comfy .

Their breakfast is the best in Riyadh (personal opinion) :):)

Classic Hotel for the old generation, you feel you are still in the 80s from the entrance with amazing staff and service

Very old and poor building with poor decorations, the staff is helpful but everything else needs renewal

It's old and not really well maintained. Location is convenient and well known so it gets the clients.

Had dinner at Italian restaurant inside.Quaity of meat and seafood never match to high price not to mention service mind to poor quality food.

We enjoyed abd it was a great days staying at Sherston.

There's nothing special on Sheraton other than keeping the cleanliness of this old looking hotel.

Overall review is not bad.
Like the place seems to be a little bit old starting from the design of the building ending with decorations and furniture, the food was not bad but they seems like have limited amounts, and dessert was bad in my opinion.
P.S I visited the hotel for a meeting and didn't have the chance to rate rooms inside.
