It's Worth The Drive From Arlington, TX---- We Come Up Every Other Month!
Very nice place to stay, difficult to find parking as a hotel guest because it shares the parking with the casino. I wish they had a pool to relax in and served breakfast. The only places to eat is inside the casino.
Did not stay but casino nick name fits it never win .
My sister, husband, and I try to visit at least once a month. The staff are always friendly, considerate, and helpful. They are never to busy to speak on our way in or out of the hotel.
The staff were friendly, the room was brilliant. My wife and I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and we are both very excited to come stay again soon. The staff were exceptionally well mannered and helpful. The casino was a short walk from the room and such a good time and place to visit. Thank you very much to all involved in making our visit such a pleasant one. Kind regards the Tasker s. It was a five hour trip to wind star for us so all this made it very worth while.

Slept like a baby here very nice entrance, has a skywalk for smoking and the staff was excellent. However if I was to rate the housekeeping it would of received a 3 star; bathroom countertop was dirty floor in bathroom was dirty and 1 of the glasses by the sink had the last guests toothpaste stuck to the side of it. The beds were spring mattresses but very comfortable like I mentioned previously slept like a babe second I laid down I was out and stayed asleep, and this is coming from a person who struggles to stay asleep waking up every 2 hours.
Stayed here last year and it wasnt bad, even though i had 2 seizures at their restaurant during my stay, so i called to book another room. They said i had a free night so i booked it. Less then 30 min later i recieve a phone call from them saying i had another free room.... So im like ok book it. Turns out that phone call from THEIR TELEMARKETING company made a false phone call and did not actually offer me another night but that i had used that coupon before the phone call i recieved from them. This was false representation thru their third party company and i am extremely upset u offered me something then quickly toom it back. . If they do this with their hotel what do they do to their casino games????
River wind is a very nice place to stay the staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and beds are nice and comfy. No complaints with 3times we have stayed
Brook is the best, serving our drinks very friendly and professionally very sweet Lady makes you feel welcome.
