The staff were fantastic, especially Gin in the bottom bar and the head chef! The buffet breakfast was exceptional.
The facilities and upkeep were not what we'd expect of a Sheraton.
Must do restaurant is 'Sean Ogs' Thai operated by an Irishman, 100 m down the road. You'll visit more than once based on price and depth of flavour.
The tour desk was rarely attended, but the private tour place across the road was great.

Stayed at this resort for 6 nights and really loved it. The resort is a bit older, but that didn t bother me.

Rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. I have used all the facilities: the pool, gym, beach etc.

What I also really like, is that they grow vegetables in the garden for their restaurant. Super fresh and organic!

But most memorable will be the staff. They are so friendly and really care about their guests. Overall a wonderful experience here!

Nice and beautiful beach front hotel. The beach is very clean and water is very clear. Very suitable for family and children. During my stay, breakfast was good and had many choices from both buffet line and could order from menu lists.

Anyway, we got a complementary dinner set. We ordered Thai food set which was very poor in both quality and quantity.

Although a big name resort, it has a smaller feel. The rooms are set irregularly into the hills coming up from the beach.

The saltwater pool, of two pools, is particularly nice...right up against the beach.

The kids area is good, with lots of activities for them...face painting, origami, kiddie yoga.

The restaurant is excellent. Really good food. Both Thai and Western.

The bar and grill, the Blue Monkey, had a great beachfront location. And the cocktails are extremely well done...best margarita (not frozen) that I've had in a while.

Hotel:

Hotel:

The hotel is located a bit far from everything and if you did not come by car or bike you should rent a scooter to get around. Also the hotel is built into a cliff which means it can get pretty exhausting to walk so many stairs. The have a golf cart service but only to the main spot

Room:

It is well maintained and comfortable. Not too big... Not too small.

Pool:

The pool itself is good and also have an area where it is deep. But honestly it should be cleaned a bit more often. I guess during covid and lack of hotel guests that was not really an priority at that time.

Breakfast: Only 1 word. Amazing !!! One of the best breakfast experiences I ever had in an hotel. They basically have everything.

Staff: Just amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful with all our needs. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank all of you for an outstanding service.

We are staying Sheraton samui for two nights.
The resort offers few free activities here for guests. And we joined yoga and Pilates courses. It is nice to having yoga on the beach sides in the morning. And the course tutor, Submet is super friendly and helpful.

Wonderful resort to have a great holiday. Nothing is too hard for the staff to attend to and they all have the most beautiful friendly nature, they all are a credit to management. The resort itself is perfectly situated to travel to many destinations around the area ( big buddha and fisherman's village are just 2 examples). I couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you again to Michael and all the staff.
