The pandemic we are all experiencing has produced challenges for all of us. Tenants and property managers. We were pleased with the rental adjustment that Rivercrest made for our store in the Tymberlyne Shopping Center.

These guys don't fix water leaks for days, they just keep coming to see it, but don't actually fix it for days. They also don't answer the phone or get back to you quickly. They are always "in a meeting."

If there was an option for zero or negative stars I would do it. Nick Schuman from this company is a flat out crook. Stay away from him and this company. You will spend countless hours wasted dealing with Rivercrest and have nothing to show for it. There are lots of better places from do business with.

Mini City Shopping center is partially owned by this company. They must take pride in owning GHETTO Shopping centers. I would not shop at the Food Lion or any other business there. I have been here in Raleigh for 29 years and they have never done anything to make it look more UP SCALE. Take the business owners money , but don't care about the community. SHAME ON YOU. Until you get rid of Slum Areas such as this shopping center, the community will never get better!!! Keeping drawing the THUGS!!

Ugly suburban shopping plaza slum lords that just bought a large shopping center in Garner. These people do not maintain their properties AT ALL and would rather see massive sprawling strip centers surrounded my oceans of surface parking than try a good use of land or create mixed use development. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DESTROYING OUR LOCAL ENVIRONMENT WITH A FAT WALLET. DO NOT SELL OUT.

I would like to thank Mike Hallaron and Mike Durham for ensuring that I was adequately compensated for the pothole damage to my vehicle. I incurred the damage at the Hancock Village Shopping Center managed by Rivercrest Realty Investors in Midlothian, VA. They also made sure the pothole was repaired.

Words cannot describe how nasty, vile, disrespectful, and unprofessional these individuals are. Procceed with EXTREME caution dealing with this company. More specifically, JOHN BULITUS and HEATHER STUART are the ones to look out for. It is in the best interest for every investor/business owners to go elsewhere if you are seeking to use any kind of property or space. I found out the hard way, that if something is wrong with the prooerty, they just keep lying or ignoring phone calls for something as simple as a roof leak (which is on them to repair via contract) and they also go down on rent for some folks but not others, they never maintain properties, and lost a tj maxx anchor store that was there for 25 YEARS because they would not fix some issues they had. Result? Tj maxx moved down the street into a renovated space, and haywood plaza shopping center took a devistating hit...... and they dont care.

Would give them no stars if possible. Contacted them to look at one of their commercial properties for lease and they would not talk to us because we have a Tattoo shop. Interesting as we are not only a High-end Custom Tattoo shop, but also an Art Gallery and Consortium for artists in NC. If you have a business that is not what they want, don't bother contacting them as they obviously have misconceptions on what businesses are and are not.
