River Islands At Lathrop Review

Had a 09' Girls, State Cup soccer games at the complex in River Islands. The fields were decent to OK more or less. Weird carpet like yellow grass as pictured. Good parking and the plus was we didn't have to pay. Don't go by GPS directions as they are wrong.

It's okay but car break ins is happening in there too.

Can they put a fence on the right side when exiting? You can see all the ugly construction equipment and some guys farm

Beautiful but way too big of a community. Planned out a lot better than other communities. Builders are hit and miss in here.

Lots fun to have with Friends and family fishing or getting in the water not recommended for non swimmers the current is swift

Absolutely amazing place with amazing views great parks and fantastic amenities. I periodically visit to to see if there is anything new since it is one of the newer neighborhoods, I know this sounds like an ad. But this place truly is amazing and I highly recommend everything about because this is going to become its own city with its own shopping center coming in the near future

Mellow Ross the taxes will be outrageous!!1.8% is crazy.. there will be allot of foreclosures in about 3yrs
BE CAREFUL!!!.. And with all new developments there the Mello Ross tax will get higher!!! Just saying!!

Amazing neighborhood but horrible security the neighborhood is to big for the amount of security they have my car and other windows were smashed and went through I and understand that happens in every neighborhood but what is the point of security if it doesn't work I have seen police pull people over for speeding a few miles over the speed limit but are never around when there is vandalism and theft going on I love this area and the houses are beautiful the people that live here are amazing but it is kinda a false sense of security!!!

Beautiful community! From a Bay Area standpoint the prices are good by Valley standards very high. Quality builders, large homes. Only con is how close the homes are built to eachother. No privacy and congestion.

Old mossdale marina/ Bar.. where they used to have crawdad races .. Ann & Ceil owned it..

A place to recharge, relax, explore, and simply call it home. Simplicity and abundance away from today's urban jungles. Great schools for your youngsters. A place to grow your family and just bloom in nature and outdoors. Beautiful parks, scenery is enchanting and just great vibes all year around. Can't wait to welcome what's being developed and coming up next.

Absolutely beautiful, quiet community. Nice walking trail along the San Joaquin river. New baseball stadium being built along with new soccer fields. Great schools! Love going to the Boathouse for fire oven cooked pizza, hanging out with friends on the lake while watching the kids play at the park, in the bocce ball courts or the volleyball court.

Not sure! they were open and then closed.. I am confused. However, this would be a good location to hang out.

Great place to live. We love our gorgeous home and the great parks and environment of river islands.

They're moving the welcome center moving it up north by the new baseball field towards the N/E entrance area away from Exec. office and old main entrance, poor employment center, been years signage has been placed and is still FUTURE HOME. Really? With Mel Roose and higher tax rate and new FD completed, any other HOA surprises? Sure, Van Daele does and plan on it going up after they're done building, count on it.
Commute to SF just can't justify and it's only going to get worse once build out is complete let alone any more movement out here along the 5 too, to funnel the 580 westbound leaving Mtn House over the hill to SF we go.
Fine if you retire here, but the driver or worker of the house, forget it.

Great community, very quiet and relaxed. Amazing views from the homes. The Boat House is a grew replace for residents to grab a quick bite. Schools in the community are also very top rated.

Great place to live, guarantee you won't find another neighborhood like it.

Very nice, it is a nice town, it has nice parks, nice streets, everything was fine.
