RiverCity Mortgage is the only loan provider I have used when purchasing a home and the only one I will use. As a first time home owner (in Ohio), Nick made me feel very comfortable with providing my personal information. At signing the whole team was excited for me which made the purchase that more enjoyable. When signing was complete, I found they locked me in with the best rates, comparable to friends and family in the area and who purchased within the same time frame. When I decided to purchase out of state (in Georgia), I was beyond thrilled that RiverCity Mortgage could take care of me again. My second loan went even smoother. Their communication is narrow and direct to the essentials so there is no extra noise or room for interpretation. Their responses are quick and with a sense of urgency. They make themselves available at the oddest hours to ensure everything is as expected and better. I highly recommend them for your next home loan!

Somehow got connected with my family as rates were dropping this past winter 2019/2020 and helped us through a refinance. We had LOTS of refinance offers in the mail and by phone but Dan and the River City Team were kind, patient, answered all questions, and got us the best deal possible with lots of clarity. Unsolicited telemarket to me multiple times a day, every day. Will not stop calling me asking me to refinance. I've tried asking to be removed from their list. I've tried just hanging up. Still going...

I have never had a business relationship with River City Mortgage and my cell phone is on the Do Not Call registry since 2004. However, that did not stop them from calling my cell phone with an auto-dialer multiple times. When you try and call the number back, it appears to be a spoofed number as it will not ring. So, I waited for them to call back and answered. They identified themselves as River City Mortgage. I checked and they do have a license to operate in my state.

I called the main office number and asked why I was getting auto-dialed from their company. The person that answered the phone stated that they were calling to tell me about the recent drops in interest rates.

Dan made it very simple to re finance my home loan, reduce my payments by $500 a month and quick and simple. Thanks Dan....

Great communication and they do what they say they're going to do. I worked with Nick and he got me a GREAT interest rate. Will recommend.

We got several calls, several times a week, from people stating on the voicemail that they are with this company and were trying to get us to refinance our mortgage. When my husband finally answered a call he told the lady we're not interested and to remove his number and that he's tired of them calling several times a week. The lady on the phone raised her voice and told him "You don't need to get rude with me!" Then in a very snotty voice said goodbye and hung up. When my husband tried calling the number back it said the phone number was not in service. People are trying to scam folks using this company's name.
