I thought it was weird and maybe the reviews are fake when I searched Prime Mortgage initially before starting home purchasing process. But, I understood now. Nothing to complain to Prime Mortgage. Brian and Hayden are excellent and always professional &responsive. Mortgage Rate is also good.
I originally tried to purchase a REO property and a bank gave me a month to close. Ironically, the seller team was not ready and Prime Mortgage was only one ready. We extended the closing date but, in the end, I switched the property.
For the new property, I asked 3 weeks to close because of my special circumstances (i wanted to move in at least a month before my delivery due date). And I could close without any difficulty. During the whole process, Prime Mortgage was only one I didn t need to hear any excuses/complaints although I needed to do one extension, cancel the property and switch to new property.

Initally snooped around for reputable brokers and institutes but couldn't come across anything that fit the bill so to speak. Had no expectations during the consultation but it was apparent Brian wanted to help. Immersing ourselves in conversation, Brian seemed to be more bite than bark, carefully explaining every detail, plan, package, and even afterwards the followups were just as intimate as the initial meeting. As a first time shopper for mortgage, i was very confused with all processes and documents i had to prepare..staffs and manager were very helpful in getting all docs ready. They were even willing to help and talk after office hours when my work got busy and had to work overtime. Hayden helped me get a $140,000 mortgage to buy a small condo in Englewood, NJ. The process couldn't have been easier. First time home buyer. Im 32 and me and my significant other decided to buy a home thats close to nyc. Didn't really know where to start so just started doing some light research on google and visiting different realtors to see what our options are. We were told that this company is a young but up and coming company that has been good to several people and was highly recommended.

In November 2019, I applied for a mortgage and received a mortgage in three weeks.
I worked with Brian and was very comfortable while waiting to be very meticulous and quick to answer. Whatever the situation, I would recommend you a mortgage product that suits you, and you're so good that you can trust it. For your reference, all mortgage applications and closing were FREE. This is directly from the bank and not from the customer. Many mortgage shops accept customers, but this is different.
It was my first house, brian and his team took alot of time sitting down to walk me through the process. Saved so much money compared to my other friends who bought houses around the same time. Good guys
