I have never had a business relationship with River City Mortgage and my cell phone is on the Do Not Call registry since 2004. However, that did not stop them from calling my cell phone with an auto-dialer multiple times. When you try and call the number back, it appears to be a spoofed number as it will not ring. So, I waited for them to call back and answered. They identified themselves as River City Mortgage. I checked and they do have a license to operate in my state.

I called the main office number and asked why I was getting auto-dialed from their company. The person that answered the phone stated that they were calling to tell me about the recent drops in interest rates.
