I have been investing with RICH UNCLES for over 3 years and with just over $20k in and I feel good about it. They have a great staff and all questions are answered . I am now transferring $300k out of my 401k, $50k to the ROTH account and $250k to the IRA. In 2 years when I retire that will pay me about $2500 a month. So this is a Great! addition to my investment Portfolio! Thanks RU!

My contact person at Rich Uncles is Darla Robinson and she does an amazing job communicating with me. She responds to all my concerns and guides me to a comfortable level and never avoids answering my questions. After seven months, the dividends keep coming.

I opted to avoid this group based on the prospectus. A segment I found concerning was " We have not established the offering price on an independent basis and it bears no relationship to the value of our assets. The amount of distributions we may pay, if any, is uncertain. Due to the risks involved in the ownership of real estate and real estate-related investments, there is no guarantee of any return on your investment in us and you may lose money. We may fail to qualify as a REIT, which could adversely affect our operations and our ability to make distributions. "

Lost lots of money after they revalued the NNN REIT shares. Requested remaining funds for over 6 months now, got very small amount with heavy fees. I stuck with them. I regret I even suggested my friends to join them. A very costly lesson to learn.

Don t get involved, lost over $30K with them after they revalued the NNN REIT shares. Requested remaining funds and they are dragging their feet to return money. If you want to get involved in a REIT, go with a publicly traded fund.

I honestly regret giving them my money. Getting money into my IRA has proved to be a multi-month, multi-email, multi-phone call process that I started in February. Which here we are 60 days later, still hasn't been done - I finally pulled the plug when they wanted my driver's license and because they wanted clarification on some questions on my 'add more funds' form I filled out. I realize part of this was normal behavior (driver's license), but I'm equally sure they got that when I opened the account. I finally pulled the plug on dropping more money in there. *What reasonable expectation do I have in ever getting my money out?* Zero. If you got money to burn, do it in your fireplace, you'll get more enjoyment out of that than having your money burn at Rich Uncles.

I have a large amount of money invested with this group. A short while ago, I heard of another investment vehicle that offered a larger interest percentage and decided to change my investment to them. I asked to have my money back to make that investment. The Uncles group was polite, professional and was able to return my money (with all the interest I had earned with them) in their advertised three month time period. At the last minute, I learned the OTHER investment vehicle as not being as upfront about certain promises that were made as I thought and I ultimately withdrew my request to cash out my Rich Uncles account. But they had the check ready. What I learned from this was that I am making a good percentage return on my Rich Uncles account, and they WILL give you your investment plus your earned interest back without a hassle, when they say they will. Needless to say, I'm keeping it with Rich Uncles.

Repeatedly I sent message after message to solve an issue but it was nothing but crickets. This lack of unprofessionalism needs to be addressed if they wish to keep their customers happy wish in my case it wasn't. Will be using another platform and hopefully they are more professional than Rich Uncles.

Very displeased. I called about a week ago wanting to invest for the first time; Spoke to a young lady named Megan Mahinfart. She came off very rude and a know it all type of gal over the phone but did not answer my questions in regards to the types of Investments. Instead she said she'd transfer me to someone else; a young man who did not know what the hell he was talking about put me on hold again, so I called back and left a message for Megan and did not receive a call back. I will not be investing with this company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have been an investor for aprox 3 years . always get my questions answered, always very nice people , invited me down to visit their offices . getting 7% returns . a merger going on now , so im not sure how it will affect things just yet. I recinvesting here and you only need 500.00 to start, although I started with 10k and have my funds reinvested plus I have a monthly amount automatically deposited from my checking account.
