Unique to see vegetarian haute cuisine. Some of the food is pretentious but there is a lot of attention to quality and detail and it is good to see new ideas being cooked.

What to say, try it, you'll be thrilled.
On the menu I also found dishes based on #tempeh and #tufu prepared with great skill of course.
There is also possibility for those who eat #glutenfree

Personally, I think the service leaves a lot to be desired. Everyone says hello to you when you come in, but the staff seems forced. What was great were the small dishes they serve along with the main course. However, we stated that we can not eat certain ingredients. There were strange reactions in this regard and we were still presented with things that we could not eat. They did not respond to our customer requests. The main course was really delicious. But when you look at the circumstances, it's completely overpriced. I don't recommend it to anyone. Sorry for this, otherwise it would ve been great.

This is the first Michelin star vegetarian I have tried.

The location is pretty central.

The atmosphere was classy, modern and cool.

Food quality was of course of the highest standard. We had the tasting menu and at the end were totally full.

Service and waitress were competent and helpful.

Excellent selections of wine.

Surprising veggie restaurant with innovations and full of taste. Service to improve though.

Comment referred only to the Bistro, at the beginning a little skeptical, I changed my mind finding everything I ate excellent. a lot of friendliness but above all a lot of quality. to try!
