Ristorante "Gaia" Review

Excellent quality, friendliness and speed for business lunches

In my opinion, over the years it has fallen a bit. The cleanliness and the fast service the good prices have remained unchanged but at the level of dishes I think there was a decline.
This evening for dinner I took a tuna in a sesame crust but it arrived absolutely overcooked and almost steamed, I was a bit 'bad because I remember that I have eaten in Gaia a lot better in the past.
I hope it's just a passing phase

Great restaurant for business lunches. Affordable prices, excellent staff and dishes to fly away (with more than satisfactory portions). Tastefully decorated room. If its quality / quantity / price characteristics remain unchanged over time, it is one of the best restaurants I have ever gone to for a business lunch.

It deserves both lunch and dinner, the only observation is that sometimes they over-cook the fish! I recommend to signal attention as soon as they take the order.
