I would not recommend to anyone who is fighting in court for there children it was all about the money for then there was no compasen at all!! I loss my court cace with no everdens please be careful with them if you one to keep you children

I came to Higgins Miller as I was moving in with my boyfriend. Me and my boyfriend are not married and I can t see us getting married anytime soon. I wanted to know what my options were when buying a house with someone I m not married to and they suggested a cohabitation agreement. All of the staff were friendly and offered me all the advice I needed. I would definitely recommended Higgins Miller to anyone looking for professional legal advice and support at an affordable cost.

As soon as they get paid they ignore your correspondence. I still don't know the full outcome and findings of my case from 4 months ago, I have been emailing for weeks with no response. I have since been informed that I was given bad advice, taking back to court and representing myself

Terrible service regarding family law .....3 days to reply to a phone call for advice ... rushed first appointment didn't exactly leave me buzzing with confidence I should have walked then!!!! very dismissive solicitor...quick to take money not so quick at giving advice needed or giving guidance...... would not recommend

Highly recommend this solicitors, we dealt with Sarah Miller regarding a family matter in her office and in court and found Sarah to be fantastic. Cannot praise Sarah enough. Will definatly reccomend to anyone who may need a solicitor for the areas of Law thst Higgins Miller deal with. Superb!

If your male and are trying to protect your children, you don't stand a chance
Told to be greatful you can see your children at all
Don't contest anyone or anything who wrongfully categorise you as being the lesser parent because you're male
They dont respond to emails requesting advise over very real concerns for children
Left feeling defenceless, due to lack of professionalism and consideration
Their Motto appears to be, I'll take the money and pretend to care, they will most certainly not defend you, or fight your corner, no they can't do that unless you're female, men don't win in these secret courts

I previously lost my son to forced adoption the solicitors I had at the time told me to keep my mouth shut so I did and that resulted in me losing my child now I ve Got Elisabeth from here as my solicitor met her yesterday and she told me to speak up in the meetings and gave me advice that left me feeling less anxious about the whole situation I d definitely recommend her if you have problems with social services I ve had different solicitors before and none of them were as professional or as helpful as Elisabeth she left me feeling confident and reassured that I actually have a chance against social services when all seemed lost she is really nice to talk to and very helpful obviously I ve only been once so will do a more up to date review as time progresses but as I said she seemed more professional and definitely seems to know what she s talking about compared to two other solicitors I ve used in the past got my fingers crossed all goes well and thanks to her I now have hope that there is a light at the end of this never ending tunnel thank you so much Elisabeth
