My daughter and I went to Rissy Roo s to get her Jr prom dress the staff was very nice and helpful they asked her what style of dress she liked and the color she wanted . My daughter went with a blue Tiffany dress and we Loved it!!! She looked amazing!! Will definitely go there again.

Literally the worst customer service ever.
The 2 girls in there are so rude. They had an attitude during the whole experience. I would honestly never go back there. I highly recommend Dress 2 impress in Linwood. They are so sweet and have way nicer dresses.

Shopping for my senior prom dress I walked in prepared to spend the money on the over priced dresses in hopes I would find my dream dress to make prom. The worker gladly greeted me and was very pleasant and accommodating. No more than 2 minutes later does the older women working insult the size I suggested I was (I would know because I've tried it on for the prior 3 months) then proceeded to block off the smaller sizes and directed me to go to the plus sizes and asked me not to try on the small dress because it might break it and can't afford to fix it.

My take on this store is the same as what I said as I was leaving the door "I would rather wear sweatpants to my senior prom than to show up in one of their dresses!!"

By the way my size for my dress I ended up buying (from Tesi') was a 2

We found my daughter's dress, but it was the first one she tried on so we decided to look around. Over a month later we decided to buy the dress from Rissy Roo's online and we got the dress so quickly and the store even called us and registered it just like if we had purchased it in the store. The store also has a lot of options for sizes and different price ranges. We will definitely be back again!!

This site might be cheaper, but if ordering international you cannot return the item. Stay away from this place if you don't live in the USA. It's worth paying a bit more, but at least you have the option of returning

I would never recommend buying from here, I ordered a bow tie for my son's prom they sent the wrong color and wouldn't let me return it they said I could exchange for a vest or clutch no that's not what I need they didn't have the color of tie I was so upset they agreed to let me return it for a restocking fee of 20% OK fine I am tired of messing with it and then they turned around and charged me a 12 shipping fee so after 50 some dollars I spent on a bow tie that wasn't right in the first place I got 16 back, I was so upset they could of made it right and refunded all my money since it was their mistake. I would never leave a bad review but they deserve one.

The dress arrived 5 days earlier than expected and it was perfect! The dress was beautiful and my daughter was thrilled! Will defiantly purchase from Rissy Roo's again.

I want to thank the girls in Linwood for helping me find the perfect dress. After trying on countless dresses, the honest employees helped to narrow my choices and choose a lovely orange gown right off the rack. The dress fits perfectly and held up so well. I have competed wearing my gown in five Miss New Jersey preliminary locals, steamed the dress countless times, and has been to the seamstress twice for length yet the dress looks good as new.

I went in looking for a prom dress with my daughter and the staff didn t seem helpful or personable. They didn t acknowledge us until we asked for help and even then they were a little rude. I ve heard bad experiences from friends whose daughters were looking for prom dresses too, but I wanted to see for myself and my daughter is upset how she and I were treated. Now we continue to look for her dream dress where we are wanted.

Rissy Roo is one of the most convient dress shop to deal with! I was able to order my dress and ship it home over the phone! Every girl I spoke to was amazing and so patient. They were able to get me my dress in no time. I will definitely be shopping here for every occasion!

I ordered Mori Lee 33024 floral dress for my semi formal. The dress arrived very quickly and was lovely. The sizing chart was very helpful and the dress was true to size.

Amazing Dress! I bought this dress for my New Year's Party and everyone was in love with it! It's scary buying online, but never from Rissy Roo's! I did order a 0, and I had to have it let out lol I'm usually spot on too. The length also had to be pulled up on the front so I wouldn't step on it. Love the train in the back! Any quality dress gives more length so it can be altered correctly so wasn't a big deal :) Customer service to get this dress to be by my wear date was perfect as well. I'm known for wearing fancy dresses, and Rissy Roo's is always my first stop! It's a show stopper!

I ordered my dress for a state pageant. I was a little worried about the color in the photo online but it ended up being beautiful. I got so many compliments. Customer service was fantastic as well!

Rissy Roo's is the BEST online prom and homecoming dress shop we've found (and yes, we tried others). They have a FABULOUS SELECTION of dresses from the best designers out there (Sherri Hill, Jovani, Faviana, LeFemme, and more). AND their CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN AMAZING! Yes, they have a return policy - it's stated clearly on their site (most online stores have the same policy regarding returns).

However, they were always great about returns because dresses just look different online and fit differently - so I would just CALL and explain that we were between a couple of dresses and they'd gladly send us a new size or color so we could find my daughter the PERFECT DRESS!

My daughter graduates this year, and we look forward to continuing our Rissy Roo's purchases for formals at college and other special occasions.

You can always count on Rissy Roo's when you need the perfect dress! I'm always so last minute and i never fail to find a dress every time i need one.

This was the most horrible experience ever at a dress store, if I could rate this no stars I would. Incredibly disrespectful and absolutely disgraceful customer service. I walk in the store start looking around when the two older women who worked there call me to walk over to them, I did they asked me questions and told me where to go, as the ONLY customer there I would of expected much more , like here let me help you look for dresses or at least they would of had the decency to walk towards me or perhaps acknowledge my mother was there, but no then another customer came in 10 minutes after me ,both of the old women stood and rush towards them. I honestly didn t care until one of them kept on telling me to move from the area I was. My mother and I couldn t stand in one place for five minutes with out the old lady telling me to move and go to where she was and then leave and do the same this over again. She just kept coming back and telling us to move. To top it off when one the women was just starting to help me threw dresses at a rack and said hope you like them and walked away to go with the other lady and customer, We had enough and left. I definitely saw the major difference of customer service. Way to go Rissy Roo s if that s the staff you stand behind you should feel ashamed.

These people are so rude. My cousin and I came in looking for dresses and as soon and we walked it they seemed bothered by people being in their store. They had the worst attitude. After talking with friends at school they said that they have never been there and had good costumer service. Do NOT give these people your money it is not worth your time. There was one nice lady but I do not know her name sadly.

I wore the dress to my 9th grade dance. Everyone loved it.

Very pricy and they don't do alterations. So it costs more once you leave with an already expensive dress. Great selection just being lots of money.

Many (not all) of the workers in this place are horrible! They are rude and always rushing. I went there once on a busy day and figured maybe that was the reason for the ignorance of the employees but today I went back on a less busy day and the ignorance CONTINUED. If your expecting sweet employees who help you out and greet you when you walk in Rizzy Roo's is NOT the place to go!

I can t say enough about our positive experience with Rissy Roo s. We purchased a Sherri Hill beaded gown from this store, online, and the customer service was the best. They helped with sizing and were always so professional on the phone and through email correspondence. I would buy another dress here in a heartbeat. Thank you Rissy Roo s!!

My granddaughter was celebrating her Quinceanera this past weekend and one of our local dress shops ordered the wrong size for one of her girls in the court. I asked them to see if they can get the dress in within a few weeks and they stated they would not be able to get dress until October, two months after event. I called Rissy Roo s and spoke with Amanda the customer service representative after speaking with several other companies and my granddaughter getting upset by the minute. Amanda was amazing, professional and was able to secure the dress we needed and had it delivered to our home within the week and in plenty of time for my granddaughters Quinceanera. Thank you Amanda and Rissy Roo s for all of your help in making her special day perfect. You literally made her day with all of her court looking perfect. You are amazing. Grandma NP

Owner is a Witch with B. Making faces with other staff when seeing the girls trying on the dresses and making them feel uncomfortable. They do not offer what's on the website and all they wanna do is sell even if the dress doesn't look good on you. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. We have been to many boutiques in the last couple of months and this was the worse store. My recommendation is do not take your daughter to a place where is going to be criticized and judged by the way the look at them. creating insecurities when you know what your daughter is and how she looks.

I have shopped at this store for 15 years. I had always been a satisfied customer. My most recent experience has caused me to never shop at the store again. The customer service I received from the owner was atrocious. As a business owner myself, I went back to the store to speak to the owner to share my experience, hoping that she could understand the shortcomings of the transaction. The second interaction was even worse. The owner had an attitude, only listened to me to respond, not to understand. After spending several thousand dollars in this store over 15 years I would have expected an apology at the very least.

I just left your retail store and once again exceptional service from Morgan. I came in for one and found three amazing dresses. Great selection and excellent service!!! Thank you for all your help Morgan!!!

As you are aware, the dress was originally "out of stock" at every other place I tried to get it from. You were the only company to follow up with me after the manufacturer got back to you saying the dress was available. It also arrived much sooner than you originally told me. So, thank you again! Your customer service is tremendous!! (and greatly appreciated by one very happy 14 year old!!)

Rissy Roo's was nothing but professional and helpful in getting my daughter's beautiful prom dress sent within a week. My daughter is Very specific and looked through hundreds of dresses before selecting the Sherri Hill 51025. Unfortunately, she took so long it needed to be sent ASAP. Rissy Roo's offered to get it sent directly from Sherri Hill and it was here within a week. The dress is feminine, perfect size and exactly what she imagined. Thank you so much for your help, Rissy Roo's!

called Rissy Roos and they got my daughter her dress when I could not find it anywhere else!! I am in Arizona and was helped on the phone without delay EVERY time I called. There was a delay getting the dress from the manufacturer that was not Marissa's fault, yet she was willing to go the extra mile to make sure my daughter had a backup dress.

I have purchased prom and formal dresses from Rissy Roos since 2011 and have always been happy! The staff took the time to help with many different dresses as well as picking out our jewelry. Today I called for help with steaming my daughters dress and although the sale was over months ago, a friendly staff member took the time to help me during a last minute crisis I was having. Purchased a dress in store for my daughter, priced at $590.00. When she went to prom last night, everyone was pointing out that a row of crystals on the front of the skirt was missing and made sure she had a terrible evening, reminding her all night. When I looked at the pics I took in the store, I could clearly see that the damage was present before purchase. I called the store, and requested a 20% refund for the defect, and was treated very poorly, the manager Morgan was rude and uncooperative, refused to do anything but give me a $50 store credit. Why would I ever shop there again if they sell defective merchandise?!?!? I asked her to contact the owner Shelly, and she said no, and hung up on me.
The message I am trying to pass on is, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE, ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE GEM/SEQUIN EMBELLISHMENTS UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO INSPECT THE GARMET THOUROGHLY

The one lady who helped us wasn't very friendly and trying to make small talk was utterly painful. The older lady was down right nasty! My daughter is shy and for what ever reason the older lady felt the need to loudly point it out. Save yourself the bad experience and go to Tesi in Northfield. My daughter left with a huge smile and dress she loves.

Loved, loved, loved my Sherri Hill (#4302) dress. I went to over a dozen stores in South Florida to find it in short notice for my Vegas Wedding, only Rissy Roo's in NJ had it. The ladies were super helpful and took my order over the phone and 2nd day air shipped it. The dress fit perfectly and was right in time for my wedding day. Thank you all so much! The wedding wouldn't have been the same without this dress.

Just wanted to let you know that we were so happy that we contacted you regarding my daughter's prom dress. We were having trouble locating a size 0 and you had one in stock and we had the dress in 3 days. We purchased the dress without ever seeing it in person and it was BEAUTIFUL.

After a long search we purchased this gown for Homecoming Court for my daughter. It is gorgeous! Everything she wanted. Not cookie cutter, classy, etc. She loves pink and this dress delivered. It looks super bright in the photos but in real life it is a beautiful dark pink. Just right! We had it shortened locally. My daughter is 5'5" and has an athletic build and the dress was very flattering. She got tons of compliments and lots of people wanted to know where we bought it! :)

Absolutely ignorant staff. Talked about my body & weight & got ignorant when I said I liked the blue but it was not in my size in store & laughed when a staff member said it was a 0. Ha she won t fit in that grabbed a size 10 and threw them at me and when I asked to be zipped, she held it together then dropped it and walked away with my entire back end out. Horrible place do not recommend

My sweet younger daughter wanted the "perfect" dress for her high school Homecoming dance and she envisioned something sweet, classic, yet, modern and with some "bling"...I knew that meant we were going online to shop at Rissy Roos. We found the perfect dress! My daughter fell in love with her dress. It arrived swiftly and everyone kept complimenting her on her dress. I will always remember that twinkle in her eyes as I helped her lace up the dress.

The BEST customer service! We live in NY and we had been searching for an Alyce dress for my daughter's bat mitzvah that we saw online. No stores near us had it. Happened to find Rissy Roo's on a google search. Marissa, in online customer service is a gem. She helped me figure out what size to order for my daughter, and then when we didn't like the way it fit her, she spoke to the manufacturer and came up with a bunch of different options for us. We ended up getting a bigger size, and it is perfect. Buying a special occasion dress without trying it on, or knowing where you are getting it from can be scary, but with Rissy Roo's the experience was lovely. Highly highly recommend!

Thank you so much to your Customer Service! I messaged a few different times, looking for the perfect dress for my 13 year old daughters Football Homecoming Dress. Even talked to 2 different people & they were so nice on the phone! They sent me different pictures & different styles, until we found the perfect dress! It's hard when kids are in between youth/teen & adult sizes, but this was the perfect dress. Had to have a couple alterations done to it, but it came out perfect! We also bought her Homecoming dress from Rissy Roo's last year!

Went in today and purchased $600 in gift certificates. Didn't even get EYE CONTACT. Rude, stuck up employees who were only interested in what they did for Easter. Ugh, never again!

I went looking for a prom dress, my mother had her old vintage jacket on so they must have thought she was broke. Their customer service was horrible and so were their attitudes. Dresses there are not good quality but Tesi's located in Northfield has beautiful dresses.

After studying many dresses and websites and designs, my daughter picked out this dress for her final senior year Holiday Dance. It did not disappoint. As a mom I appreciate it the cost of the dress and she adored how it looked on. She wanted something a bit different and fashion forward, the lace off the shoulders was perfect. Of course every girl wants pockets and this skirt has pockets as well. The skirt has box pleating which makes the skirt very flattering. It made her look super skinny. Perfect length of the skirt hit her above the knees, just where she wanted. We used the Rissy Roo's sizing guide for Hannah S and picked the size 4. The fit couldn't have been any better, no alterations were needed. For reference she is 5'4" 120lbs. Usually wears size 2 jeans and chest size 32D. The top has pads for the chest so no bra is needed or a strapless bra could be worn and the lace overlay hides that. I was apprehensive about ordering from Rissy Roo's for the first time. I read their return policy which I thought was fair in case we needed to exchange for different size, I liked that they did offer that option. I like that they also offered a full return for credit to the store. But since my daughter loved the dress that was not needed. Hannah S dresses are both beautiful stylish and yet affordable. Rissy Roo's kept me up-to-date on the shipping which I appreciated. I will definitely use the Rissy Roo's website again to order our next formal dress since we are very pleased with this purchase and the transaction.

If you have daughter's, or a daughter, and they are going to the prom, this is your place. A huge assortment of dresses with a great staff. A bit pricey, but to see your daughter look like a princess, well, who wouldn't pay...

Walked in ready to look for a semi dress. I found a beautiful dress and tried it on. It didn't seem to fit quite right I needed a size bigger. The worker lady said to me - " oh you look amazing it fits perfectly." I told her it did not fit right. She said - "oh its supposed to fit like that." The other workers agreed. I walked out with $300 gone from my wallet. I tried the dress on at home and could not take how tight it was. Rissy Roos would NOT let me take it back. No refund, no money back, no store credit. 300 down the drain. The workers were miserable and they done care about you, all they care about is making a profit.
