I have received my daughter's dress via UPS. I just wanted to send a note to thank you for your attention to everything when processing my order. As you are aware, the dress was originally "out of stock" at every other place I tried to get it from. You were the only company to follow up with me after the manufacturer got back to you saying the dress was available. It also arrived much sooner than you originally told me. So, thank you again! Your customer service is tremendous!! (and greatly appreciated by one very happy 14 year old!!)
