BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!
THIS STORE SELLS DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, AND WHEN BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY REFUSE TO OFFER APOLOGY OR COMPENSATION!!
Purchased a dress in store for my daughter, priced at $590.00. When she went to prom last night, everyone was pointing out that a row of crystals on the front of the skirt was missing and made sure she had a terrible evening, reminding her all night. When I looked at the pics I took in the store, I could clearly see that the damage was present before purchase. I called the store, and requested a 20% refund for the defect, and was treated very poorly, the manager Morgan was rude and uncooperative, refused to do anything but give me a $50 store credit. Why would I ever shop there again if they sell defective merchandise?!?!? I asked her to contact the owner Shelly, and she said no, and hung up on me.
The message I am trying to pass on is, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE, ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE GEM/SEQUIN EMBELLISHMENTS UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO INSPECT THE GARMET THOUROGHLY
