Ring Homestead Camp Review

We had an awesome time!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Paint balling very well priced.

We played paintball here as beginners. Had a blast. Our ref was cool, the prices were pretty good for beginners, and they made sure we had a lot of fun with our experience.

We will definitely be coming here again.

Highly recommend this place for parties or just a good time!

Had a great time playing paintball here as always. Friends n family also had a great time. My man Simon was a great reff n was very friendly n energetic n always help everyone when someone needed help. Just wish there air equipment was able to fill the tanks to 4500psi instead of 2000psi which sometimes can barely last in one full game.

Although the facility's representative promised otherwise when we booked our event, the staff was wholly inattentive, unfriendly and didn't interact well with the kids who were so excited to be there. Staff was rude, uncaring and made for what promised to be a fun filled adventuresome day into a most unhappy event.

Would certainly not use this facility and look elsewhere for a similar event. A thoroughly disappointing experience.

Best place to go paintball. I really enjoyed playing in three different makes, especially the one similar from nuketown. If possible I would like to go everyday and play endlessly. I really recommend this place for everyone who loves paintball and having fun!!!!

The best ever. My brother took me here and I had a lot a fun with him!! I really want to come back and play paintball here again. It has so many places to play. It feels like playing call of duty in real life. I really recommend this place for other people to play

Most of it is closed off with Covid as the excuse. It is all outdoor but they still decided to use Covid as an excuse, so they can cut on staff.
We called in the morning, they told us to come and not worry about overcrowding, because they added 50 more rope activities for adults . In fact there is a lot less open now then in the past.

Good place for paintball fun, plenty of arenas (even if the first one is a bit small). Do be wary of saloon town (arena). That place is a total camp fest in the tower.

Took my son to use the paintball range, the service was amazing! They took the time to explain how to adjust and care for the paintball gun and answer my sons questions. The owner was telling us about the addition of an archery range, that we can t wait to get back to try out! They have so much to offer here, definitely a great place to spend a day with family and friends.

Had part of my bachelor party here. Very fun! Lots of different paintball "arenas". Helpful staff. Can't wait to go again!

Understaffed and very unorganized one of they re employees wasn t paying attention to what he was doing flirted with his coworker who seemed underage and over priced you want obstacle course urban air would be much better

Had a wonderful time there. Took a group of kids from 9-16 for paintballing. Great setups very nice staff was very helpful to group. Will definitely go back

Me and a few friends talked about going paintballing but didn't really plan anything. Shortly after arriving and not calling ahead we were greeted by a staff member and was introduced to a paintball professional who would help with everything from rentals to refereeing our games. They had 5 playable fields while the rest were being renovated was told they have 15 in total. The fields we played on were good and unique. Overall had a great time and was really easy with there paintball expert helping us.

Paintball rental equipment is in terrible condition. Masks smelt bad, elastic was shot, foam was peeling off, and steamed up really badly in about a minute. Guns were jammed, and clearly had not been cleaned and tested.

Other places I've visited had much better equipment - find another place that cares more about their customers. It's hard to enjoy the game if you can see absolutely nothing.

Jordan was great at her job, she really made it a fun experience

This place is very good and the staff are also and if you want to go paintballing or fo on a ropse course this is the place to be

This was my first time playing paintball and I had a blast here. Staff is every friendly. Only down side was the quality of the paintballs they were using she the price for them. A lot of the boxes had busted paint in the bags and the balls would fly all over the place. Other than that great place to play paintball

Recently had my bachelor party there and it was epic! This place has it all...for the adventurous types of group. We played 6 hours of paintball, went through a crazy ropes course, went swimming in the in ground pool, grilled out using their huge grill, had a sweet bonfire, and camped out. The best part was the staff. Super accommodating to what we wanted to do, fully attentive to safety, and just plain awesome to have around all day with us. We did this right before my wedding so we were all sore and covering in paintball welts.....but it was well worth it and a day we'll always talk about. This place really beat my expectations going in which were already high. Great job guys!

Only thing. They charged me 16% for paying with a c/c card. Plus me and my wife had to pay the full fee. Despite the fact that there is no way for adults to climb the ropes. But maybe insurance requires it. So I'm not complaining. But be ready for those fees

For the past 7 years my friends and I have made Ring Homestead Camp & Adventure Paintball our go to place for our paintball trips. Every year we bring we bring a large group (50-80) of people & we always have a great time. The staff treats us like family, hence why we've come back each year & ALWAYS recommend our friends, associates & colleagues to come there. But on 9/17/2017 our group of 90+ was turned off by the manager there named Laura.We've never seen or dealt with Laura before, but from the moment we arrived around 830/845am she had a nasty attitude toward us. Several people never went paint balling before & wanted clarification on the process. So they decided to ask her questions, but she got frustrated & started responding very rudely. this is just one example out of many that i was told by my group & their experience with Laura. Not only was she nasty with us, but she was extremely rude with her employees. I commend them because despite her yelling & talking down to them in front of our group (very unprofessional), they kept a positive attitude the whole time & answered every question & fixed every issue without any problem. A few of the workers there were happy to see us because they've been there as long as we've been coming. We could tell by the look on their faces that they weren't happy working for Laura which is another problem. A mother came in to let them know her party of teenage boys were running late for their 2:00 appointment & hearing the way she talked to the mother not only left me with a surprised look on my face but on the mothers face as well. i've been in the customer service field for over 10 years & this is not the way you treat your customers & employees. Especially if you want to continue running a successful business. Laura needs to have a positive attitude at all times dealing with customers, if she is unable to do so then she needs be managing something else other than employees & customers. Many of us came from Long Island where they have a few paintball fields. So to travel nearly 2 hours to get treated the way we did was not appreciated at all.

Had a great morning there! Swinging in the ropes challenge courses and a blast playing paintball. The staff was excellent!! I will be back again!!

This place was total ass. Spent 7 hours here with a school field trip. Nothing to do. Pool was green with weeds in it. Nothing like the pictures. Rip

Couldn't of Had a better time 10 times better then bigger more expensive places I've been (don't want to mention any names).. Plus I seen what they have in store coming up and building and it's only going to get better.. Definitely have a regular with me. Thank you Tom.. Last year 2 of our Cheer Teams visited Ring Homestead Camp & Adventure Paintball and had a blast. The rate was more than fair, the communication with the office with the staff was very easy and the children had a BLAST! The kids were entertained in a very structured setting and some of them did things they didn't think they could ever do. I highly recommend this facility for team bonding and just a great place to go have some fun.

Big waste of money, I paid $170 and there was absolutely nothing to do, my teenage kids were done within half hour, had to pay $29 per adult "as an observer fee" not recommended, stay away

Came for a birthday with my children and their cousins. 7 people ages 6 to 13. We all had a blast and Zach the instructor was amazing. Thank you!

My kids had a blast. This is great place for kids to get outside and explore the adventure in the wood.

Terrible customer service, very rude...called to reserve for my childs bday and didnt even get through my first sentence without being interrupted. Took my business elsewhere!

This is a very fun place to go. The zip line is amazing and so is all the activities. Great place highly recommend it.

Very helful staff. Personable and caring, as well. Call and reserve the day before, but they also accept walk-ins. It can get full (so they won't allow walk in, then), though, so reservations help for that.

It's an amazing place u can spend a full day here just remember gloves for the rope courses

My son had his second birthday party here and absolutely loved it again! This a perfect party idea for the age group and for boys that just want to be boys! Very cool courses that kept them entertained switching from one to another and pizza delivered to them for a bonus! We definitely recommend for easy party planning and adults could so join the party too if you wanted. We will be back next year!

Good place for paintball. You're going to get a few welts, but it's worth it :-)
