Everyone at this place is incredibly nice and super helpful. They made me and my family feel welcome and comfortable. They even had cookies and brought out some watermelon for us when I first came to try on dresses. I happened to make an appointment during a trunk show and found a couple of really amazing dresses. Since I couldn't make up my mind they let me come back the next day to try them again. They gave me a fair price and worked with me on a payment plan. After the first couple alterations appointments, I was worried that my dress would not look the way I wanted it to. Fortunately, they know what they're doing and the result was a gorgeous, flawless dress.

My experience at Rin's Bridal shop was wonderful. I had help from the owner Rin, and also Tye, I had many choices of gowns to try. They were also helpful in selecting gowns from their inventory that would be appropriate for me. There was no pressure, but experienced help and suggestions, This made my decision easier and stress free. !! Thank you so much for helping me find my perfect dress. I am looking forward to working with Rin and Tye in the future.

Rin's Bridal was a breath of fresh air, after multiple failed appointments at other locations. Anna made me feel comfortable, I did not feel pressured in any way, and I left feeling hopeful for the first time about my search for the perfect wedding dress. (Which I did find here!!)

I had a dress imported from Pakistan with lots of heavy embroidery work and raw silk. It was a bit too big and I was nervous handing it off to just anyone for alterations. Rin s bridal was recommended to me on Nextdoor, and I am SO GLAD I chose them!! They altered it beautifully in just 2 weeks. The dress fit wonderfully and I am so happy with the work they did! 10/10 would recommend!!

I went to at least 6 other Bridal Salons to try on dresses, getting a variety of services from very poor to wonderful, before coming to Rin's. My mother wanted me to come here from the beginning because she had such a great experience getting my sister's graduation gown (had to be an all white gown) a couple of years ago. She swore up and down that this would be the place I would get my gown, so I made an appointment. Well, per usual, my mother was on the money.

We came in right when it opened and had the whole place to ourselves. I explained what kind of dress I was looking for and what kind of budget I had to the super nice and helpful sales girl, Katie, and she set off picking out dresses she thought would work. I tried on about 10 dresses: I was never rushed, was properly helped into the dresses and my heels, was clipped appropriately to show what it would look like, and got to take my time in every dress to sit/stand/move/check it out the three way mirror. (That doesn't sound like a big deal..until you've been to salons that make you feel rushed, don't clip you or clip you too aggressively, or just make you get into your own gown like you are at the mall trying on summer dresses)

I narrowed it down between two dresses, and Katie was so helpful and nice about letting me yo-yo between dresses and helpful in discussing options to add sleeves. Rin, the owner, was around the whole time as well to offer her thoughts and suggestions. I ended up buying my dream dress (with the addition of sleeves) at a great price with no hassle-they keep it at the store for you (if you'd like, just to make it easier for you) until you come back for alterations and the final pick-up. Honestly, it was so easy and I felt so great about the store and the experience.

I definitely recommend Rin's to any bride looking for a unique gown and for a good experience in finding that gown. Do not let the appearance of the outside or inside of the store deceive you: the dresses are beautiful and good quality-give it a chance. It can be very worth your time!

Honestly had a great experience , it being only my 2nd time looking for the right dress. With the pandemic happening everything was very clean and the sales woman and Rin was so helpful and they listen to what I was looking for! Recommend this place 100% to any bride looking to her dream dress!

I LOVED my time at Rin's Bridal last week and I said Yes to a dress!!! Their care was outstanding and they kept helping me narrow down to what I wanted and made it possible. We were all wearing masks, but you could feel-see the smiles all around. I'm grateful I went there, it had a wonderful "locally owned" feel with tons of selection. The dress was in my price range as well. I got a veil and blush as well. Thank you Rin's Bridal so much (and big shoutout to Eva who was my queen support, I appreciate your help so much).

After going to 3 different bridal boutiques unable to find the dress, my aunt recommended that I visit Rin's bridal. I live an a hour away and I'm so glad that I did! I found my dress at Rin's and the owner personally helped me throughout the entire process. From picking out my dress to the alterations and teaching my MOH how to bustle my dress she was there the entire time. She took wonderful care of me and my dress! I highly recommend Rin's bridal if you are looking for a wedding gown.

I was interested in this store because I was specifically looking for a shop that carried Nicole Miller dresses, which Rin's website advertises. Before I went to the store, I called to confirm that they carry Nicole Miller dresses, and when they reassured me that they did, I asked them to pull some dresses for me to try on, with specifics about what I was looking for (beach wedding, packs/travels easily, simple sheath design) before my appointment. When I arrived, they had not pulled any dresses for me nor did they bring any from "the back" where they claimed they had the dresses; the salesgirl said they were hard to get to. Instead of pulling out *any* dresses that might match what I was looking for, I was left to pore through hundreds of gigantic dresses on racks, mostly ball gowns. The salesgirl was not helpful at all. Moreover, the selection left a lot to be desired. For the poor level of customer service, I would expect the prices to be dirt cheap, but found that was not the case either.

My daughter and I traveled from San Jose to Petaluma searching for her bridal gown. We covered 11 bridal shops. What sets Rin's Bridal apart from all others hands down is that the owner is so honest and upfront on her prices. She has a book and she lists the prices for the dresses that are offered in her shop. This is a once in a life time experience for every bride searching for that "one dress" for once in a lifetime moment. Although, we didn't purchase our bridal gown from her, we liked her so much that we traveled back to order all of our Bridesmaids and Flower girl dress from her. The owner is very kind, honest and has integrity. When I went to pick up all the dresses, they were all in a fitting room and Rin the owner reviewed the order with me to ensure we had the right sizes and all was correct, before I left the store. If you are searching for a shop that offers all of these wonderful qualities, this is the place. I highly recommend Rin's Bridal.

I said YES to the DRESS this weekend!!! Staff was very helpful from start to finish. No pressure whatsoever and led me in the right direction to the dress that was PERFECT for me! Natalie was very knowledgeable and Rin was great and made me feel comfortable with asking a lot of questions and trying on MANY dresses to make sure I got what I wanted. Thank you to Rin's Bridal! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I actually don t live in California, but saw that Rin s Bridal was one of the shops that had the gown I wanted! I communicated with the owner via texts, email, and over the phone and she has been super helpful and wonderful in helping me get the dress of my dreams! Rin is really patient and helpful and made sure I was satisfied with everything. She broke it all down to the very detail to make sure I was happy with the dress. Definitely recommend

I am not from the area, and had no friends or family to help me throughout this process-I had no idea what I was doing! The shop where I bought my dress (in Orange County) luckily recommended me Rin s, who took great care of me, and did beautiful work! Like I said, I had to do dress fittings on my own, and was very nervous about what to do-I trusted Rin to make the right decisions of what needed to be done, and everything turned out so gorgeous! Not only is she great at what she does, she is a good person and I think she cares a lot about her clients! Thanks for the beautiful work!

Wonderful customer service. They were accommodating and altered my dress quickly! The owner is very sweet and genuine. Would recommend this little local shop to anyone shopping for the perfect gown or needing quick alterations.

If I could give Rin's 10 stars, I would! After having a bad experience at my first salon, I went to Rin's and found a great selection of lace dresses. My consultant, Dominic, was so sweet and helpful in picking out my dress. I went Black Friday weekend, so the dresses were also on sale! After my dress came in, Rin was SO accommodating with the alterations. I am from Stockton (1.5-2 hr drive), and she made sure I got my dress after my second fitting, so I wouldn't have to keep driving back and forth. I am so happy with my dress and can't wait to wear it on my big day. And it's all thanks to Rin's!

Reached out to Rin s bridal with a particular dress, designer, and color in mind. They confirmed twice that they had the dress by the designer in a different color but had another dress by the designer in the color I wanted to see. When my bridesmaid (who came down from the city) and I arrived, we waited 20+ minutes and they did not have the dress at all or any dress in the color. The service was horrible! I would have thought they would be more prepared or at least communicated this beforehand to save us the commute. I would not recommend this bridal shop.
