If you want to go to a place where staff don't respect you, then head on over to Westfield Superdrug!! The place is filled with unprofessional zombies and only come to life when trying to sell you something. Enjoy!

I went there to do my nails and I really wish now I didn t go there. The lady took almost 3 hours to complete the process and one week later my nails started to fall slightly in some parts. I decided to take them off because my hair kept getting stuck between them every time I try to fix it. Then when I took them off I had a bad fungus on three of my nails so I had urgently to buy a product that cost me 20 pounds and I already paid 25 pounds to have such bad nails. I would never recommend this place to anyone It is been really a bad experience and now my nails look horrible
It is not the first time it does happen to me. Going there, buying different things. Spending money and when I arrive home, oh! surprise! one of my items is missing... I paid for it but is not in the bag...
Hell, these guys did not accept cash, the only time I want to use cash but I had to go and spend my money somewhere else
Less busy and better prices than Boots - it is not the greatest shop but when they sell the same stuff cheaper than Boots next door you cannot complain!

Really really horrible place . Was a regular customer here before but realised that this one member of staff has a horrible attitude. Accidentally spilt some of my drink on the floor (ps there was no customers in the shop anywhere near us ) and the member of staff demanded that I not move from my space . I took a few steps to the side to help up the cleaning and took my drink out the bag to prevent it spilling further and the staff says "I told you not to move and you didn't listen, now
You've spilt the drink even more "she said as she pointed to an area of drink on the other side of where i stepped to ( I spilt that from before not after). I got a horrible look from her as I walked out. Definitely never buying from here ever again. infact I bought the exact same product at Boots right after. Super drug staff need to fix their attitude.
Bad customer service.staff wasn t paying much attention when I was asking for a product.I went from far to look for a highlighter which was out of stock in my area,today afternoon.I showed photo to the staff.she gave me the wrong one.i didn t believe much so I went to ask her again,she was talking with another staff didn t give me much,attention.i asked her if she was sure,she said yes.i bought it and came home,and found the total wrong shade!!If you are not sure,You shouldn t say,it misguided me as I already opened it cannot return.total waste of money and time
Met a very agressive staff member throwing goods around, a young tanned lady with long black hair. Very unwilling to help, and she made faces like she was a gulag labourer forced to work there.Truly shocking customer service , not a first time upon my arrival I was greeted by unhappiness, ignoring and total disrespect in that store.
That African long black hair lady was aggressive with my friends as well.
Majority of customer assistants doesn't speak english so it was a pure trouble explaining that I'am looking for a shea butter and what shea butter actually is. Racisl discrimination noticed in asian customers being assisted (obviosly because of easier communication due to language) while I was still waiting for an answer.
Dissapointment.

Ok, is a nice store with affordable prices. The staff could be more friendly but I guess in some point of the day they are too tired , because i know sometimes the shopping center is very busy, so this store as well, so fatigue reflects in the customer service skill, it's understandable and I forgive. We are all humans !
Anyway, there's a lot of variety of makeups, creams, etc.
My girlfriend always find some great bargain so, if she's happy, I'm happy too !
Overall I do recommend this store, but for now I only rate 4 stars. Let's see on my next visit .
Staff here are amazing, they definitely know about beauty products, sometimes products can be found cheaper in boots though

Makeup section "makeup revolution" is absolutely horrendous all the makeup testers are dirty not much effort goes into keeping it clean despite testers that are damaged and filthy customers open brand new products and use it as testers I've worked for boots the chemist I used work in the makeup and fragrance department always kept it clean
You lost a star because of the SIM debacle. Getting connected was a nightmare.

Very unwilling to help, and she made faces like she was a gulag labourer forced to work there..Truly shocking customer service , not a first time upon my arrival I was greeted by unhappiness, ignoring and total disrespect in that store.There's clearly a lack of discipline among staff and managers must be as bad.I am clearly not the only one who had problems with rude staff there ,avoid that place like plague its worse than Hitl.er.
I really needed a muscle pain killer/gel for my neck and I was there at 22:00. They closed the door in my face. You should provide the exact times because some of us may be in need sometimes and is not our fault for your misrepresentation !!!

Really unprofessional security staff. I've shopped here for ages with no problems but was recently followed around the shop by a plainclothes security guard (I wonder if your staff only choose to follow around certain types of people?) I set of the alarms by accident (only one of them seemed to be going off when I walked through them) but proceeded to search my things right in front of the shop.
Shops assistants also sprint to the front as if you've just robbed a bank. No apology from staff afterwards - why can't you just have security guards at the entrance like normal shops? Overall, a very disappointing and de-humanising experience from Superdrug, which is a shame since I shop here all the time for their cruelty free range of products.
It was okay, although being a store inside the main Westfield Stratford, it can be extremely busy and you have long queues that you have to wait in.
I was searching for a pharmacy online, it shown me this one but after Ive been there they ve told me they dont have a pharmacy.
Quite small so can get busy, if possible go to one in old Stratford centre as slightly quieter and larger

The cashier added a product at the checkout without asking us anything. We didn't really understand what he meant at the beginning, thought it was some gift you get when you buy something. Realised when my dad was about to pay that the product was actually included in the invoice. He then quickly tried to sell us another one instead. The guy has some nerve!!! I will never go there again.
