The hotel can use some upkeeping of their room, a bit weathered room

The room is quite small with bad sound proof which make me feel uncomfortable. Good services and have no worry about water supplement.

Service and rooms are alright for a budget hotel. WiFi service is acceptable. Very close to local amenities.

A fairly decent hotel. Nothing to expect for that cheap price. But am disappointed that it doesn't have a fridge and hair dryer.

Not recommend. Understand it is a budget hotel but the the room is too dirty and full with dust. They may just do cleaning by changing the bed sheet. Room filled with unpleasant smell. Kind of corpse/anti-pesticide powder/too old unliving house smell. The room is too small with no table. No water boiler in the room but you may get hot water from water station outside. And worst, in the morning of checkout day, WATER FROM TOILET BOWL COME OUT FROM SHOWER AREA Hole, when we flush the toilet.. My colleague help to book this hotel as we have some emergency errand at BI, hence it just happened we booked the hotel. The counter people customer service is good though (this is the only credit they have), however by adding around rm20/rm30, you may get a better hotel plus with no package of flu and allergies after checkout. First time and definitely the last time.

Nice budget hotel. Can not boast the presence of a laundry and a restaurant. Basically, there are a lot of cafes within walking distance. But I didn t find the laundry nearby, maybe I was looking badly.

Tesco and aeon were nearby. Varieties of food options available nearby (chinese, malay, cafe, western, mamak, etc). The room quite spacious, fortunate enough to get a room with windows but alot of noises coming from outside the hotel ( motorbike, ravens, customers at the chinese restaurant even the music played by the workers at bars nearby). The solo room bed had a bit problem, infested with bed bugs. Other than that, it was ok. Wifi kinda average, no phone line services, no coway/water dispensers.

The two-person suite wants to be long and does not give, and the room smells bad.

1. Worst hotel room,awfully smelly. A plate of charcoal was put under the bedside table.

2. Noisy sound came form heavy duties kitchen exhaust fan, rooms beside the restaurant can hear clearly the noise from day until night.

3. The actual size of room when check in felt small, picture different with the post online booking.

The location is fantastic! There are restaurants around, TESCO and AEON are only 5 minutes' walk away. Room is unfortunate. It is small and a little dirty.

Friendly and helpful reception. Reasonable hotel rate among this area.

Family Room facing the road has a good wide window. Walls are a bit too thin to hear people talking (a bit) in the other room.

The hotel is suitable for backpackers ... near AON mall JB. ... can eat to Mc Donald or mamak (24-hour usman Muslim shop) for only 150 meters

Room condition good. Sometimes hot water problem. Location was good.

Very reasonable price for a night's stay. Equipped with bathroom, towels, TV etc. Basic facilities. However their rowels are like scrub....kinda painful if us that to wipe the body. Pls improve. This is my first ever awful experience using such terrible towel in hotels...

Good location, within walking distance from AEON, TESCO and Shun Fa Bak Kut Yeh. Rooms are decent, beds are quite comfortable.

The owner and the receptionist are very friendly and very helpful, the price is cheap and the facilities are complete with a water heater

Location is very convenient. I would rate the room cleanliness slightly lower (last visit i found a cockroach on the bed..) and the ventilation system need to be improved. But as compared to the price overall is good. Customer service girl is very friendly.

I'm definitely disgusted. The lift smells like death body, the whole place smell mouldy, the bed sheet is so dusty and there are some hairs on the bed. Toilet is dirty, in the way that I need to wear slipper to go in to shower, toilet cover is out of place. Very uncomfortable atmosphere here, not a place you would love to stay in and rest.

the tap is leaking, and the water pressure caused a lot of noise. the toilet is a bit inconvenience.

Love the staff and the place is so comfortable to stay even though I took a single bedroom. Just that there is no 7-Eleven in walking distance.

A clean hotel with friendly staff. Good location and easy to get food and walking distance to a mega mall.

I ve stayed at the hotel for over a month (paid by company). Overall it was a nice place. The housekeepers (David and Liza) were really helpful and the frontdesk lady (Kak V) was really friendly throughout my stay there. They cleaned my room and changed the towels everyday, just flip the doorknob sign to make up room or to do not disturb if you plan to stay in the room the whole day . There s an iron and water cooler in the hall. They even sell snacks and drinks in the reception area. It may not be a 5-star hotel, but its clean and safe. They have free wifi too, the connection s quite strong as I was able to binge watch korean drama the whole night

My child soiled the bedsheet and we need to pay rm30. My wife went to stay over night with my helper but the toilet door unable to lock as there was not even a lock being grilled. She felt uncomfortable due to this toilet facility.

Good for budget hotel, only RM65 per day, nicely located have aeon big and other shops around. But the room was very dirty not cleaned as it should be indeed we find a lot of hair even in the bed. The bathroom also dirty and not convenient to use. On top of that the room was very smelly initially and the aircond don t work as it should be sometime very cold while after turn to hot. If you really want save money for sleeping can choose this hotel.
