Too much internal politics and worst too level management
Worse company ever Not proper management there have not even proper hierarchy. I cleared all rounds like HR, technical and then their project manager who doesn't have proper knowledge in Testing field and he making decesion. That Rajasthani person really ridiculous person I met. This company have to improve their system.
I don't suggest anyone to join this company. This company has fired 50 employees without giving them prior notice. Company fire any employee if they don't have work so there is not even 1% job security over there. Work environment is pathetic, Sometime call employee for work on weekend also.

Rightway solutions = Design n Buy = oho shop = mobi commerce Fraud company. They want employes to come on holidays and dont even compensate. Dont give good increment. Don't care about employee. Lots of politics. Too much work load. Over times.
