The apartment was supposed to be available from 1s...

The apartment was supposed to be available from 1st of July, but then pushed the date to 15th and then to 1st of august leaving me homeless, on top of that they keep threatening that if I don't come in person and sign the lease (knowing that I currently live in another city) that they will put the apartment back on the market. This has been the case from the start, even during their application process the management was extremely hard to deal with and their go to technique to maintain their "power" is to kept threatening to put the apartment on the market. They do not have the licenses required for tenants to actually move in yet.

I Spent 7 Years in this Agency and was told to Turn my stove on for Heat EVERY YEAR. Now that I've moved out and they tell me its gonna take about 4 to 6 weeks to receive my security back! THIS MAKES NO SENSE. And the Staff are not Friendly. They act as if THEY Are doing US a favor. I don't understand why its gonna take so long to get my Deposits back. IM GLAD I MOVED OUT. I just wintry money and to cut all Ties with them.

Very disappointed with my experience as a Lisa Man...

Very disappointed with my experience as a Lisa Management property resident. The monthly expenses are a complete surprise including hidden fees and outrageous utility rates. The electric bill fluctuates significantly and heat bill is easily three times what I've paid in other buildings. Looking forward to the end of my lease... Beware of The Clark!

I have been a tenant for three years at 626 Flatbush Ave. I absolutely loved living there. The building staff and maintenance were exceptionally nice and helpful and I really did not want to leave but had to due to management inflating the rent so much every year. When I left, management charged me $100 an hour to use the service elevator to move out (I lived on the 20th floor), and they charged $1,000 out of my security deposit to redo the wood floors just because my dog peed on them. I heard from other tenants they were charged for redoing their floors as well due to dogs. It is absolutely outrageous. They also charged me $100 for a cleaning fee. They just milk you for no reason. I am incredibly disappointed, and it really tainted my experience in the building.

The Managers are ill trained. They cannot train the building maintenance personnel. That building personnel is:
1- Disrespectful,
2- Takes forever to accomplish the most mundane tasks,
3- Violate the Management own rules and regulations and
4- Jeopardize peace, security and safety of tenants by bringing their fights onto the public hallways
5- Lisa Management fails to grasp the notion of: " Outstanding Customer service. "
Rent is the most expensive item on anyone budget at the end the month. Without Tenants, there WON'T BE a :Lisa Management. "
