They were very helpful. My watch was defective and he told me right away and was able to tell me that I was better to return it. I would trust them.

I don't think there is any better service out there. I sent my new Ball watch to get repaired under the warranty and Right Time inc. did a perfect job. They also cleaned little scuff without asking them. Great service, love from Vancouver.

Not sure how to praise this man for his honesty and humbleness. I ve dealt with many watchmakers in the past have been ripped off lied to and had over paid a thousand times until the day I met Tibor the owner of Right Time Inc in union station Toronto. He s saved so much money for me servicing my entire family s watches from all kinds of brands (Rolex Omega Seiko TagHeuers AP Patek GP Ball and a few more I cannot even pronounce...etc
He s the real OG of the watch / horology industry and there s not a single watch store that he doesn t know about their history. He s been in the game from back in the 70 s and for the amount of knowledge he s got he deserves a million star. We promise to whom ever reading our comment that if they have any problem with this company to reach out to us personally and we will pay back for their loss that s how much confidence we have in Right Time Inc.

Awesome place. My favourite store in Toronto by far. Got a ZULU strap for my Seiko SKX007 and now a simple Casio . Friendly service. Professional. Clean store. Love it and will be back!
