Excellent work environment good treatment and friendliness

I had to give a one star because it was my only option otherwise I would have given negative stars. I worked with Albert Ancheta who is not only a narcissist but also verbally abusive. We booked a load with him and upon arrival to shippers found out that load had already been assigned to another truck. When we called Albert he told us he doesn t know what is going on and to wait if we wanted or leave. Driver waited all night at shippers for further instructions and Albert refused to answer any of our calls or emails. In the morning Albert sent us a TONU without any explanation of what happened. He kept disconnecting our calls and finally I reached him through another number and was verbally abused by him. I would never recommend anyone to work with them. Very unprofessional. A complete time waste.

Lost valuable load wasting time setting up with this company. freight given to someone else telling me it isn't going to be shipped. Transparency should be the bedrock of any foundation that requires relationship.

Gustavo Turribiarte stole money from us and the company is not doing anything to help. Be careful with this scammers. They allow they agents to take your money, I just spoke with Kevin Campbell about our issue with agent Gustavo and he is not helping at all. Don't get in trouble don't lose money with this company
