I had the most incredible experience with Kane Holding who dealt with a new car sale. I have purchased a number of cars over the last couple of years and Kane was head and shoulders above all of the sales reps. I purchased a ID.4 from him and he understood exactly what I wanted and managed to deliver and make a very happy customer. He wasn't pushy / salesy but just knew how to handle customers. We built up a good relationship and I think it is fantastic to have that when you are making a big decision in life to purchase a vehicle. Always very polite and helpful when needed to be. Would highly recommend on any vehicle purchase. Well done.

I took my car for an MOT today and overall was very impressed with my experience. The MOT was done whilst I waited and it had been completed (plus a clean) within an hour. I was also very impressed by the customer service that I received from Matt Miller. He was cheerful, helpful, friendly, and updated me on the progress of my car several times whilst I waited. I will definitely use Marshall Volkswagen again.

Great service from the garage, same day from phoning at midday to sorting the problem my car had, thorough free health check with video, nice complimentary car wash and i collected before 6pm very happy, a rare good experience as far as garages go

I can t thank Louise Benn enough for her assistance in finding my husband and I the perfect car. The whole process was smooth sailing and Louise made it a very simple and enjoyable experience, taking out all of the stress which often comes with purchasing a new vehicle. She is very friendly and bubbly but above all else very polite and profession. Thank you to Louise and the Marshall team.

It seems these lot do not like to issue refunds very easily. I've written 5 emails requesting a deposit return that I'm yet to recieve. All this for a vehicle that was not as described after I travelled 50 miles to collect. Quick to take your money, but not really interested in customer service or general honesty.

Picked up my new car today from Marshall VW in Abingdon but I couldn t of done it without Kane Holding. I told Kane what I was looking for and he found it at ease. I ve got a great deal , he was very professional all the way through the process. Even called me on the way home to ask if everything was okay with the car If you are seriously looking for a new car and not sure what you re after then give Kane a message I m sure he ll be able to find what your looking for, he did for me.

I just collected my new Polo beats from Marshalls and Kane Holding was brilliant.. Really good to deal with.. Very approachable, personable, informed and extremely helpful.
He helped me every step of the process buying a new car and went the extra mile on collection for myself and my daughter and made the whole experience completly seamless and fun. Highly recommend Kane when buying a car from Marshalls.. Definitely 5 stars from me and my daughter

I've just collected a stunning Golf R from the guys at VW South Oxford. Kane Holding took very good care of us, following distancing guidelines and answering our questions clearly.
