They had patio seating and indoor seating. Very nice atmosphere and courteous staff. It took a little longer for the food to come out but it was busy. I chose the Salmon and asparagus. It was a little over cooked for my liking. Overall a good experience

Traveling for business landed me in Twinsburg. I decide to try Blue Canyon and was not disappointed. Starting with the smiling faces at the host stand, and carrying through to my waiter/bar keep (Mike) and the food runner. The tenderloin was incredibly good from first to last bite. A very happy treat for a Tuesday night dinner on the road.

We had our ceremony and lunch in the Lodge. The detail that was given by Katie and her team was absolutely just amazing. The food was so wonderful and our guests raved about it. I really wish it would have lasted all day. So beautiful and just the perfect place. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend took me here, we sat at the bar. He asked the bartender what beer is the most popular and what she recommends. She straight up said sorry can't help you there. So then he asked what cocktail she recommended. She she said the Gold Digger, but couldn't tell us what was in it. The food was pretty boring dishes for what you pay for. The broccoli was burnt, the steak way to fatty for $45. Fingerling potatoes dry and plan. The decor was nice, reminds me of a mountain type restaurant.

If you are looking for a small intimate ceremony space, Blue Canyon is perfect! The space is adorable and private (helps for COVID weddings). Katie was amazing to work with figuring everything out. The food is absolutely amazing and we are still getting compliments about our day/food weeks after! The outside area is breathtaking for photos! Attached are our photos all done at Blue Canyon.

Don't go. It was our wedding anniversary and could not get a table after waiting over 90 min. at the bar. Arrived at 5pm in hopes of a better chance for a table. Several other couples seated after us.. We were told they had a reservation. Called prior and was told no reservations accepted for outdoor dining. Very disappointing. Ate a Brewsters down the street, excellent food and service!!!

Wife took me there for my Birthday. We had the lobster egg rolls for an appetizer which were F@!$ing awesome. My wife had Cedar plank Salmon which was also F@#!ing awesome and I had the scallops which were ditto!! They even gave me a free birthday desert which was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be back.

My boyfriend took me there for my birthday on May 15. A friend had recommended it. The lobster rolls appetizers had very little lobster in them. My broiled Salmon was not cooked well. The inside was mushy and dry with no sauce on it. The brussel sprouts we're a joke. Couldn't cut them with a knive, too hard. Picked them up and couldn't bite into them. The rice was terrible tasting. The waitress never came over to ask about the food. The only good thing was the Irish coffees. This was the worst birthday dinner ! The most expensive too ! Bill was $120.00. We are both in our 70's and this was way beyond our budget. Would not recommend this place ! Did I mention that we drove 1 hr to get there for the worst birthday dinner ever.
