Got a notice with no date of service on it. No way to check if it was already paid by Ins. Co.

My mother had a medical bill sent to these people. Luckily the insurance company paid it. In the meantime these people were assholes to deal with. There is a special place in hell waiting for these creeps. Anybody that works at a collection agency is a lowlife.

HORRIBLE. So horrible I won't ever even go see the same doctor again. Center for Orthopaedics will be getting a call from me regarding this vendor they use as well. I moved and this bill happened to go to the wrong address and then eventually made it to me and I paid it last month. I simply called this company to alert them that the payment was made. the worst ever customer service. I will never use Center For Orthopaedics due to this choice they made to use this collection company. disgusting... Anna is the representative listed on my notice but not sure if that is who i spoke to.

I'm not even from that area, not even the same state.. no information at all. Not scamming me... about the $19.00. Your not getting it from me...

Its a scam company that mails you bills that you dont owe. Beware beware beware

Rcs is a wonderful company to deal with. Friendly and helpful.

Went to pay a bill for my daughter that she never got in the mail. Called them and wouldn't speak to me or let me pay the bill. Anna was EXTREMELY rude, not helpful at all and hung up on me. I understand it's a tough job but when someone is paying the bill I would think you'd take the money.

Sent out a bill 3 days after it was paid! when called they said they were notified the day it was paid. Bill was not in collections but took it upon themselves to send out a collection notice anyhow!....this company is a scam.....they're hoping people are stupid and will pay their bill also! SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!!!
