I don't think I've met a friendlier team of sales ...

I don't think I've met a friendlier team of sales professionals than I have at Rick Hendrick Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM. Friendly without being pushy, and willing to do what it takes to get us into exactly the truck we were looking for. Yes, it was a long night and we were the last people out the door that evening, but we never got the feeling of being hurried or pressured to do anything.
My husband and I greatly appreciate their Can Do attitude and look forward to our future business dealings with them. Shout out to Alan, Theresa, and Stephen who took excellent care of us.
If you are looking for a vehicle - I can highly recommend them from our personal experience!

3 month UPDATE***** Had some minor concerns because oil light read needing to be changed and there was a terrible windshield noise on the highway. Blair/Audra was spectacular in the service department getting me a loaner and helping taking care of absolutely everything!!! They outsourced the issue and i had a further issue of which didn't relate to the vehicle and the service manager Trevor was fantastic handling the problem and again with overall customer service! At day 28 I decided to cancel my warranty, i figured it's smarter to put aside a couple grand for any emergency than pay added interest on it and possibly not need it so i called and long story short Joel was fanatastic at immediately taking care of this. As i type this update my vehicle is coming just up at 3 months and it is perfect and i literally dealt with SO many employees on ALL ends of the spectrum of which i can not rave enough about! I have never went to a dealership that has put customers so much a priority (as they should be, without customers there is no bussiness) and i will look forward to making the 2 and half drive every time i am looking for something new!!

If i could give 11 stars i would! From the moment i had contact with this dealership to this current moment (the day after purchase) i can not get over how well they treated me and my family. They were transparent about the vehicle and did their best to work with my needs! I felt heard in every step of the way. Not once did they not listen to my concerns or needs! They also tried to take care of us quickly and not have us sitting for hours like other dealerships. I highly recommend Katie for sales, she most certainly went out of her way to take care of us all the way around!! Cedric was amazing as well and Serena just absolutely was the cherry that topped it! Serena went out of her way to help me find the absolute best of the best!! I'm sooo happy i finally had a good nope GREAT experience with a dealership. I only have to wait for my car to be paid off and my transaction will be complete with them so i will update!

Once again above and beyond in Service at Rick Hendrick Dodge on Savannah Highway. James was my service advisor and I showed up without an appointment and even though they were slammed he was able to work me in. He kept me updated via text and in person by finding me in the waiting area and providing status updates on my concerns.

The work was completed to my satisfaction and I was on my way before I knew it. The waiting area also offers comfortable seating, TV, free coffee, tea and latte as well as spring water. Great experience.

Worse car buying experience EVER! I traded my car in which they still haven t paid off and now I'm getting late payment notices. Its been well over a month and i haven t received ONE returned call! To top it off the finance company they gave me has no record of me!!! What a great car buying experience thanks RH....will not shop here again!!!

Awesome staff both for Purchase of a New/used car, truck, SUV or for service of your current vehicle. I and my family have always worked with Phil K. and have always been treated fairly and respectfully. I'm biased when it comes to the product, as I am a Mopar lover, but I have always had excellent quality products from my Jeep Ranchero I had in high school to my 2001 Dakota crew, to my 2010 Ram 1500 SLT HEMI. I just upgraded to a Ram 1500 BigHorn edition and love it so far. The staff at Rick Hendrick was up front and straight forward in the process, I got the options I wanted for a fair and reasonable price. If you want options that are not available in their current inventory they will find it. With a Huge Inventory, friendly staff, they have always been a pleasure to work with in the car business!

Just bought my first car from here and i will say the customer service is phenomenal. Katie was my sales associate and she killed it! Found the best deals for me even when my credit wasnt great. If you have your eyes set on a specific car and you may not have the correct funds she will do everything her power to make sure you drive off the lot. Mrs. Serena Gossett was great with my finances as well. As a first time buyer there were things i didnt understand and most dealerships would have taken advantage of that but she didnt. Sje took the time to explain what i was getting myself into and explaining all my options in a simplified yet precise way giving me a sense of ease with my finances. Id recommend anyone whi is looking for a new of used car to come here. Ask for Katie Hartley she and Serena Gossett best duo to get the job done.

Rick Hendricks only looks for the first thing wron...

Rick Hendricks only looks for the first thing wrong in their maintenance department instead of the root cause. I bring my vehicle here for service and there is always oil in my garage afterwards. Then when I take it in because of a large oil leak they tighten the filter and send me on my way. Sure enough, a few short weeks later I'm back in after having to add oil to my car from a leak. Unfortunately, Rick Hendricks owns both Jeep dealerships in the area. I'm extremely disappointed with the the service.

Can someone please explain to me how it makes sense for the first shuttle doesn't leave until 8 when the service area opens at 7:30? There were enough people waiting for the shuttle 15 minutes ago.

I didn't even have an appointment, but I went through the express lane and was in and out of there with an oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour and a half! Will be back again and again!

I had a great experience at Rick Hendrick Jeep when I bought my new Grand Cherokee Overland diesel. Ashley was my salesperson and she is great. She is very knowledgeable about the product and somebody you can trust when you are looking to buy a vehicle. Also the service people were very nice and really want you to be happy. I am very happy with my car and dealership!

i would not recommend this dealership i came in on a Friday at 5pm and picked up the truck i wanted to purchased and waited till 9pm that night going back and forward with the bank only to get someone to tell me that i would have to return the next day because the financial institution was closed

came in Saturday at 3 pm in hopes that by now all i had to do was sign paper work and leave between the back and forward and my sales guy told me he was busy and had another sales person helped me well the whole event took 3 hrs that was a total of 7 hrs to buy a truck

then Monday upon me doing a some research online i discovered the truck they sold me for $42,000 dollars was online for $37,000 came to the dealer looking for answers and none could of helped me

this is the 3 new vehicle i had purchase in the last 7 years and by far this is the worst experience very disorganized and confused operation

I have had plenty of work done to my car at this particular dealership and it has always been done quickly and properly. Other dodge dealerships in town have told me they are booked a month in advanced however I have always been able to get appointments scheduled in less than a week (traditionally less than 3 days or without appointments at all). In addition I've always had excellent service from Al and Joy Nicely over in service and the prices for work have always been far more reasonable than what I could get back home.

I would never buy a car from them again. I bought a car and before I even had it a year it started having issues and they have ignored my phone call or promised to call me back and never dod. After about 6 months I finally just came down to talk with them about fixing the issue and now they are refusing to fix the issue at all. Which the vehicle has a huge electrical issue but because they can't see anything wrong with it they will not fix the issues. The issues do not happen all the time it is intermittent. Do not buy a car from them.

I purchased my 2018 Jeep Cherokee from Rick Hendrick almost 4 years ago. They have been very good with customer service and answering my questions. Unfortunately, my Jeep has had all sorts of problems after hitting 50,000 miles. I know they can t fix that issue but the prices are so high when getting repair parts for a vehicle I m still paying on! I do think they recommend a couple of additional services that are not required. I am thinking about trading it in and I m hoping to work with them again.

UPDATE: WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF THIS POST, BOBBY CALLED AND CORRECTED THE SITUATION. HE AGREED IT WAS ORIGINALLY HANDLED INCORRECTLY AND WAS VERY APOLOGETIC. HE WAS VERY KIND AND OFFERED A GENEROUS SOLUTION. I WOULD RETURN TO THE DEALERSHIP KNOWING BOBBY IS THERE HANDLING CUSTOMER CARE.

As a business owner in Charleston, customer service and satisfaction is always my top priority. In April I purchased a Jeep and was told the plates would arrive to my home. Super convenient! The expiration came and went for my temporary plates and my new ones never arrived. I called and left 4 different messages at the dealership and never heard back. Finally I asked to speak with the manager and Aaron said they were sitting at the dealership and he would have them mailed out the next day. A week went by and I still never received them, I called back and got a short answer that they must be lost in the mail and to go to the DMV and get them. What is not convenient is having to take off work and spend an hour at the DMV after having to take the time to call a dealership 6 times looking for plates that were to be delivered to my door. And I had to pay for the plates at the DMV!! Definitely unsatisfied with the customer service on this matter. A jeep isn't cheap you would think they would go above and beyond to take care of you.

When I traded in my Jeep, I asked what the price of my new car was and not the monthly payment. The car salesman looked at me like I was dumb and refused to tell me. I was told that I could come back to get the scratches on the bumper fixed for free and when I returned they refused to do it for free. They never gave me the key for the locking lug nuts so I have to pay to get them broken off.

I have bought several cars there and have always used their service department (West Ashley). Very good group of people!

On April 27th, I brought my Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and ended up purchasing a new 2020 Grand Cherokee! Got a good deal, love the vehicle!! As usual, the sales associate I worked with was great (John Bridge), and I left with a big smile on my face!

Pathetic customer service. After leasing 4 vehicles from this dealership we can't even get them to call us back as my husband's current lease is up on his Ram truck. They tell you they will call you back and never do. We have talked to two different sales people and get no response. WOW. We will never do business with this dealership again. Spend your money elsewhere, apparently they don't need the business.

My experience was horrible if I could give less than one star I would I've been there a couple of times because you would think the dealership would take better care of your car and you then a shop down the road or no name shop somewhere but I was wrong their service department lacks communication big-time spoke to the Service manager Harry and still nothing gets done in that place. Hell one time they did work without even telling me what they were going to do before they did it. Like I said Very Very bad communication skills .
