Amazing tasting menu. Service was fantastic, the waitress really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Relaxed and homey atmosphere. Definitely worth the price to try out some great dishes.

By far our favourite restaurant in the city! And I love that they adopted a no tipping policy! My fav dish is either the burger or the duck or the venison! Can t say enough good things about this place, you have to see for yourself!

This place was pretty busy, especially for a Monday. We got a seat at the kitchen bar. If you're a foodie I would recommend it because you get to interact with the kitchen and watch the magic happen. I tired their burger and I was really impressed. They bring in their own meat and ground it on site. The buns are also made in house, along with their signature chutney sauce. It is served at medium rare unless you request otherwise. Service and ambiance was great too.

Definitely a 5 star experience from the time you walk in. My preference would have been to sit in the first floor instead of by the kitchen although others may feel different. All the food was very fresh. The fish course was excellent although my dining partners chicken was not juicy and moist which could have been improved given the places reputation. Great wine selection, but be prepared to pay. Service 5/5. Ambiance 5/5. Food on this trip 4/5

Dishes were not as impressive as I thought they would be. Felt disappointed. The presentation of the three way pork was puzzling. It felt like they didn t know what to do with the ingredients and just toss them to the side of the cast iron dish. As for flavors, I couldn t decide whether I like that dish or not. Too much going on but nothing really seems to flow together.... The Cesar salad dressing was creamy but seasoning seems to be a bit on the light side. The duck liver pate was good but definitely for sharing since it gets quite heavy after one portion.

This is my 3rd time going to Richmond Station and I think I have gotten the burger there almost everytime. Just as the name suggests, it is about a 15 second walk from the intersection of Richmond and Yonge St.

Very casual environment for a date or just for a great meal, it can get pretty busy so a reso would be recommended but my friends and I were able to walk in and get a tbale for 3 at 9PM on a Thursday.

Food here is absolutely amazing, everything on the menu that I have tried is outstanding and their burger is the probably the crowd favourite, its a perfect combination of sweet and salty all served on a milk bun. Fries were cooked perfectly along with a bit of salt and a side of their garlic aioli.

Would highly recommend to anyone that wants a great food with great service!

My wife and I had a wonderful evening here. This place is full all the time so make a reservation if you can. The noise level is up there because everyone is having a good time. We started with the Charcuterie with cheese added plate $31. Followed with a Beet Salad $15 The entree's of Beef Flank Steak $31 and Rainbow Trout $30 were presented attractively. The Apple Bread Pudding $12 topped it all off. As are most restaurants in Toronto the Wine list is lacking and atrociously priced. Stick to the mixed drinks. The food was excellent. This is such a happening in Toronto.

I went to Richmond station yesterday for my wedding anniversary and I loved it !
First of all, the service was great, the waiters were so nice and gave good food suggestions.
I started with the shrimp salad, it was not how i expected to look like, but it was very good.
i also ordered Hummus and Pita which was, again, better than I expected. It's not the standard hummus that you'd order from other places as they've added their own touch to it.
Finally, my main course was the Station Burger. I asked for a medium well burger, and there is a good chance that this is the best burger i had in Toronto. it came with french fries and homemade pickles.
The place was really crowded and the food took some time to arrive, but the overall experience was perfect. just make sure to call and reserve before you go.

Phenomenal service. Three of us came for food - their specials are amazing but perogies and pasta which were regular items were also incredible. Beef tartare was also great, I will be back for sure.

A sublime and memorable tasting menu dinner experience. My party and I were fortunate enough to be seated in the semi private dining room, perfect for a group or 12. We were delighted with various tasting plates, all carefully crafted. Service was top notch with great attention to detail presented in a professional yet casual manner. Well worth the experience!!!

Went on a Saturday for lunch. Great service! Tasty, inventive, great looking dishes! I was really blown away by the desserts - they had an interesting mixture of different tastes, textures, and temperatures.

Was righyfully recommanded. I took the the double rabbit. Wonderful. Everyone around had something different and all dishes looked as tasty as mine. I definitely recommend the place. Don't know if they accept reservations, but they do, it is a must. The place was full by 5:40pm on a Tuesday!

Unbelievably good food. I strongly recommend that you go with a group and share a bunch of plats so that you can try more things. The waitstaff was friendly and also really knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. The perogies were the best thing we tried, but everything was excellent.

Richmond Station does not let you down. This wasn't my first visit to the restaurant, and they have been consistent with their food every time. We made our dinner reservation 3 weeks in advance, as we were attending the opera afterwards More

A friend of mine was going to moving across the world, and we wanted to have a nice dinner before his send off. We had both been wanting to try Richmond Station for awhile so we made reservations on a Monday evening. Even on a weekday, you NEED reservations for this place (usually a good sign).

When you first look at the restaurant, it looks quite small. It certainly isn't a huge space, but I didn't realize there was actually another room off to the side at the back, near the kitchen.
We got a seat at the chef's table, which is a row of about 6-8 chairs that look right into the kitchen. The server attends to you from the kitchen as the seats are quite tight.

This was really worth the wait. I couldn't be more impressed with this place. The food, the libations and service. To eat my friend and I each ordered the bacon and tomato salad which was on special that night. It was fresh, beautifully presented and packed with flavour. We both wanted to try the famous burger and trout so we split the meals. Both of them were delicious. The burger was smaller than I expected, but the flavour was on point. If you're looking for a burger with a huge beef patty, then this is not the burger for you. It highlights the flavours of the beets, garlic aioli and bun. The generous portion of fries on the side were crispy and flavourful. The trout was also presented beautifully and full of flavour. To end the evening, my friend and I split the strawberry and chocolate dessert. There were different textures, a great pairing of tastes and a great way to finish off our meal.

The server was excellent. He was charming, attentive and very knowledgeable about the food, both the items on the menu, the specials and where the ingredients came from.

The librations were creative and tasty as well. I had the Fino Sangria, which was so refreshing and delicious.

SO GOOD!!!! Had the ravioli, polenta fries, charcuterie board, and tried the rabbit two ways as well. Would highly recommend, was seated in the pantry section which was a quiet nice spot for a larger party.

We ordered the Charcuterie board (selection of 3) with cheese, the Tuna Crudot, The Rabbit Two Ways and Berkshire Pork. The Tuna Crudot was a wonderful combination of fresh, light and sweet flavours and a nice surprise. The rabbit and the pork were very enjoyable and filling. A nice cosy & upscale place~

Great food, great service and a nice set of options on drinks. The ambiance was nice. Plus you can tell that it is a happening place by how busy it seemed. The waiters take the time to explain and give you a little background on the food, and the staff is observant enough to catch things and help out at the same time. It was nice to see that they are there helping and supporting each other. I always like to see that kind of dynamics in a company. They definitely get two thumbs up.

Super yummy food and great service is always a winning combo! They have an interesting menu here with some unique items. The polenta fries we had were just amazing! And our server was really exceptional. The place is a cute spot and we all really enjoyed our meal there

I had a great dining experience. The facility is small, but well designed for intimate gatherings. I would strongly recommend reservations. I had the pan fried pickerel special and the ice cream bar. Their drink menu was a bit pretentious, but imaginative.

Wow, we we're randomly able to get in on a Monday night. The wine was exceptional. The cocktails we on point. The steak was perfectly cooked. My wife's fish was "perfection & exquisite". Richmond Station is a must visit if in the neighborhood or in Toronto for a few days.

They've got the best burgers I've had. Classic but the beets give a nice twist. Better than the Works, bugers priest, holy chucks, five guys. The only place I'd pay $20 for a burger. Fresh burger's a good alternative if you want cheaper.

What a delicious treat. The team at Richmond Station outdid themselves. Not only did they put wonderful flavours together for this special dinner they put a lot of thought and work into the packaging as well as the reheating and serving instructions. It's the first time I have truly had a restraunt experience at home and from a takeout meal (and I have done a few from "fine" restaraunts). With any luck Richmond Station will consider doing these special "feasts" on a more regular basis. I know I will be first in line to order.

I ordered the station burger and polenta fries. The station burger was cooked to well done even though that is not what I ordered, and they did not include the truffle aioli sauce in the order. Disappointed in the experience of ordering.

Our family visited Toronto for one night after Niagara Falls and chose Richmond Station for our dinner destination because of their menu and philosophy posted on their website. The food was excellent! Everything tasted as it should with layers of flavors in well constructed dishes. The wait staff was friendly and they even took the time to take the kids on a tour of the kitchen to learn from the chefs. Wonderful evening and I highly recommend Richmond Station!

Walnut Old Fashioned $16

Walnut Old Fashioned $16
Smooth and delicious with a big ole chunk of ice. Made with walnut bitters & served with a slice of orange.

Ceviche $11
Fresh, excellent texture and taste, served on little crackers.

Pear and Pecan Salad $13
The pecans were chopped, but there were only a couple noticeable pieces as it was really more of a dust sprinkled on the salad. The pear wasn't very ripe, but the dressing was good and not overly applied.

Bread
Excellent, chewy in the best way. Comes with a very interesting soy bean oil and blended wine vinegar dipping plate. Not served warm, though it was delicious, so nbd.

Lobster capellini $28
This was excellent. I eat seafood at least once a week, but rarely order pasta seafood dishes like this since they usually disappoint. The lobster and capellini were both perfectly cooked and the presentation with microplaned Parmesan was superb.

To top it off I noticed mid meal Amy Winehouse x Ghostface playing through the system. With the view into the kitchen, it's a great place to go while traveling alone. Hostess and waiter were also great. -1 star for the mediocre salad, otherwise 5/5.

Great experience, staff were friendly, food was creatively played and finally the desserts were supposedly very good for which I didn't have space in my stomach, so I opted for an espresso, I had their rabbit for main, it was exquisite to say the least.

Richmond Station never disappoints! All offerings are fresh, delicious and well presented. The best part? It's beyond reasonable in terms of price for what you get. Absolutely love the place and will continue to keep visiting Richmond. Keep up the great work!

Came here for a tasting menu and it was excellent. All staff was kind and the wine pairing was excellent. Very fair price for everything. The gem though is the burger. I came back about a month later and itnwas the best I havd ever had.

Way below expectations

Fancy wanna be place with far below any expectation you could have on a decent meal.
We were taken orders without any intention of being offered pairing suggestions for drinks.

Prices are huge for the quality you get.

Definitely will not go back there any time soon.

Returned to this restaurant more times than any other in Toronto. Prices are reasonable and food is always amazing - no matter what you order. Can be tough to get reservations for peak times. Weekend lunches are a great time to visit for a shared roast and discounted dessert. Great for kids.
