We went to the restaurant.
Mixed reviews.
I had an Indian I enjoyed.
My daughter didn't like the pizza.
My nephew couldn't find something he liked and tried the Massala chips that he disliked (but that I enjoyed)

Did not like this cinema at all. We went late in the evening and the area was just very dodgy. Didn t like the set up nor the whole experience. The screen was super tiny and the sound system was really bad. I would have enjoyed more watching Netflix at home

This is my local cinema that I frequently visit. They show a good mix of blockbuster and independent films. They also have many events during the week in their theater space. As a Tower Hamlets member, you can get discounted movie tickets on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Crazy that live been around that area so many time and I ve never come across this building. I attend a film screening for a friend of a friend at the cinema and so happy I went. Beautiful spot cold hang and great atmosphere plus the bar and a brilliant selection of craftbeer I had not seen before so that alone is 5/5

I love this place. But you have to enjoy casual, community-led places as this is no fancy trendy designed place or anything hip for that matter. It's just a nice community space with the occasional exhibit, event or live performance and a More

If you're after an alternative night out then you'd be wise to check what's on at Rich Mix. Alongside films you can find gallery exhibitions and a weekly ping pong tournament with DJs, sporty fancy dress and a bar (the wonderful Pongathon). Bonus: It's very close to the new Shoreditch High St. station.

First time at this rather cool building/community centre and I was really amazed to find that this place offers live music, film, dance, theatre, comedy, spoken word and a range of creative activities for people of all ages and all cultures. Must go!

Probably one of the most affordable places in central(ish) london to see first run blockbusters. The cinema has great sightlines and the sound is very good. Would be interested to see one of the ballets or operas that they're streaming from the Royal Opera House.

An amazing venue in London for music performance, theater performance, and other cultural programs. The place serves a good sound. The gallery here is amazing. Easily visible from moving traffic. Had a good time here listening to the music and poetry project all the way from India.

I went to see Isle of Dogs on a Tuesday. It was quite. I hadn t been to the cinema for a few years and wasn t really sure why as it was close to me. The staff were friendly and the cinema was really clean. The seats are staggered well so you aren t sitting directly behind someone and each row of seats are elevated a bit, more than most cinemas, then to row in front. My problem is that you can t put your feet underneath the seats in front. If you wanted to stretch your feet then you can t and the seats force you to seat in a more upright position. It would be uncomfortable for me watching a longer film so I have taken off one star.

Great venue for all sorts of entertainment. Would highly recommend the membership that entitles you to discounted films and shows all year round. One of the nicest independent cinemas I've visited, the screens are very comfortable and spacious.

When this place first opened it was amazing. Nice layout, comfy cinema seating, great prices. Over time that's unfortunately been eroded away. Lots of little bits have been added to split it up into smaller units, and the Feng Shui is very poor. Nothings where it should be, and to get in you have to aimlessly circle around the giant atrium that's hidden (and ruined by) a giant curtain to stop cinema visitors from seeing what's on below. It's a shame.

An excellent artistic space for everything from showcasing a diverse array of local talent to international blockbusters. Rich Mix is a great anchor for date nights or a fun evening out with friends.

A cultural centre with a great cinema and clean facilities. On the ground floor there is a cool cafe with nice food and above there is a few cinema screen rooms which also have live music concerts on sometimes. Also there was a sweet photography exhibition on too which we enjoyed for free after our film. I'd highly recommend this cinema

This fantastic community hub has cinema, dining, live music, and a great events listing from ping pong tournaments to artist showcases. Being in the East End it is predictably "hipster" in it's leanings, but don't let that put you off. For both big and arthouse releases, it's a great value cinema, and their popcorn is surprisingly affordable. I can only offer my opinion as a cinema-goer, as that is what I have visited Rich Mix for.

The only thing that lets it down, really, is the often surly and uninterested attitude from the staff. Given the independent, community dependant nature of Rich Mix, you'd assume they want to engage with customers and build up a good relationship with them. Sadly, this has often not been the case for me.

LOVED IT
