Nicole at Richmark was able to come through for me under some very demanding conditions. You see, I am a commercial fisherman; I fish in Alaska. I was just starting out as a seafood retailer, and a friend recommended Richmark. I put the labels I buy on seafood in freezer packs that are stored at -20, and get wet before and after that. The labels are great, and so is dealing with this company.
I contacted them by email, and got a shockingly fast response from Nicole, who has been my contact ever since. She did my square logo sticker, a product label with the logo and a B&W proof for Copyright for reasonable fees. The most important thing for me as a fisherman, who is only in town Wed-Sat, Nicole got me color-corrected proofs, a quote, and took my order in one day, so I got my labels as needed. It may have been a lucky day. If that is the case, I have had 3-4 such 'lucky days' when I worked with Richmark.

I stand with this business. In all honesty I wish all businesses would just leave the area. People don't appreciate it so why pay taxes. And to the person leaving the 1 star review about businesses shouldn't come to the capitol hill area are right. Why would you bust your a$$ to run a business to have it destroyed. Its amazing how all these people have time to protest while law abiding citizens are at work..... Paying taxes to feed you
