Residents are great to work with but beware of the supervisors and directors they are very spiteful and make decisions based on personal opinions about staff if you get on their bad side they will be very spiteful towards you and may even slander your name throughout the county. People you've never met before will judge you based off things they've heard about you from the directors and house managers. Beware

Having a Richcroft group home in your neighborhood...

Having a Richcroft group home in your neighborhood is something that no neighborhood should want. Since this corporation illegally moved in, there is a lot more bus traffic, buses constantly honking for passengers, discarded furniture left on the lawn, poor grounds maintenance, and a detriment to surrounding property values. It's a neighborhood nightmare.

I worked for this company for almost 6 years. The individuals they support are wonderful, the administration made working there a little tough at times. It's one thing to work in the office and tell people what to do and another thing to work in the homes with the individuals and care for them day in and day out. I absolutely loved being a residential supervisor and miss it very much!
