Great company to work for. Very good money and Great home time. I only wish they had a lease purchase program

Used to be a good company, roadrunner corporate took over after gm strike in 19 and it's gone downhill.

Great place to work as driver. Plenty of miles, good equipment, reliable pay, good insurance. Do your job and you get paid. Going on my third year here at Rich

Great job, loved it so much I work here. Great money and great runs. You can pretty much go wherever if you asked them with a few days in advance, they will work with. Great money.This the only place I know that if you run out of hours they will come and get within a reasonable distance.

I drove for an owner operator that leased his truck to Rich and I loved driving for this company my boss at the time decided to go with a different company when they had the lay-off last year . I would love to come back as a company driver for Rich . The dispatch in Little Rock are Amazing loved working with them .

I hired in approximately 9/2019 - right before General Motors went on strike . Great place for a driver to work , so I've heard .

To early for me to give a thorough comment but I personally feel the office could build a better code of ethics as for communicating with their drivers - rather than the drivers being placed on hold , waiting for answers .

Drivers themselves I feel should be held more responsible for the maintenance , cleanliness and appearance of their truck . Reason : upon closer observation , several of their trucks show signs of neglect .

I know freight is very important but so is a well kept truck and a responsible driver .

I feel that the pay will follow a driver who respects his HOS and the well being of his truck .

No Pre Pass , Pike Pass or Toll Pass ; I've had to pull into the majority of all the state scales . This will take some getting use to .

Other than the lack of communication - very friendly office personnel .
