Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional. Refused to set appointment. Calls you from restricted number at 9 pm. Leaves voicemail by clearly untrained staff. Finally found phone number for them and had to leave a message. Got a call back from clearly uneducated rude female. Then got a call from a male who was more interested in his trip to Florida than doing his job. Also rude. This company needs new staff or to shut down completely. Hated that I had to give them 1 star. They don't deserve that.

This company shows up unannounced, go through locked gates and have no respect for the home owners, working under companies such as Farmers & Mechanics and other insurance companies. Seen reports of them having complaints for people having boats in their yard, kid slide, card board box, a deflated pool, and many other ridiculous items that should be of no concern for this company.

Absolutely unprofessional and a poor way to conduct business. I would give this negative stars if I could. This place should be shut down. A man by the name of Jeff Delong showed up at our house sent by the insurance company knocked on our door, and sent my dogs into a frenzy. I work nights and was woken up by my dogs being upset, they didn t quit so I knew something was off. This man was parked in our driveway and walking around the house taking pictures THEN proceeded to enter our fenced in backyard to take more pictures. I did not answer the door, had no notice of someone coming to take pictures of the house in that case he had NO business being in my yard. Would you have entered our backyard if my 150 lb pitbull/ Rot mix was out there?? Most likely not! I immediately told him to get off the property and and called the police. He told me that this is the 20th house he s done today I DO NOT CARE YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION BY ANYONE TO BE ON OUR PROPERTY.All I was told by the police is that it isn t illegal just a poor way to conduct business. REGARDLESS. DO NOT COME INTO SOMEONES BACK YARD WITHOUT PERMISSION. Next time be prepared to face a lawsuit or a 150 lb dog in your face that WILL protect me from intruders. We live in a world where this is absolutely terrifying when someone unknown is in your yard. Your company caused me a day of anxiety and distress when you could of EASILY avoided all of this and set up an appt to come to the house. Poor business ethics.

I have NO knowledge or business with this company . Yet someone from this company showed up at my home, taking pictures of my whole property, my doors, and windows. Then proceeded to walk inside my open door garage taking pictures of the inside of my garage!! I had to stop him and confront him from entering My gated backyard!!!! This company needs to train its employees better. From entering PRIVATE PROPERTY!! Or one day some one could get really hurt thinking it s an intruder!!!!!

Dishonest inspector, trespassed my home with no consent and the report is full of false statements. If he was there why there are no pictures backing the false statements? I will take legal action.

These guys are horrible. Have cost me all sorts of hassle. They did an inspection on a rent house for the insurance company to show the house is in good shape. The inspector noted the roof was Clay Tile when it is actually aluminum. The insurance company has now cancelled my policy. When I called Reliable to see if they could go back out there and fix the problem and correct their error they told me they could not. I asked if I could talk to the inspector and or his supervisor they let me know I could not do that. Completely incompetent and horrible customer service.

This company entered my place and took pictures of my home without permission. I know the insurance can request this at anytime, so that is fine. My issue is that I feel like my rights as a homeowner were violated. First, we were never contacted by anyone saying they would be coming to inspect the home. Second, I wasn't home when they showed up for this inspection and yet they still proceeded into my place without permission. I would like to add that the only reason I know this, is because my friend surprised when he seen a man in the house taking photos he asked him what are you doing here he said fir the insurance . why inspector can gain access to everythings in the house and they have a right to go into my backyard and means nothing to these people and they feel like they can just trespass on people's property as long as the can "gain access." What is the difference in not having a lock on your gate and leaving your home unlocked? , would you walk inside the the house also because you can gain access? I'm very frustrated that this company thinks they can do whatever they want and violate people's rights
Desired Outcome and disturb my peace and my privacy.
I would like the company to show more professional and let people know when they send someone come on people this is not okay it's my right I do not like people coming or trenpassed on my property it's not cool at all and not professional I'm not happy about it look like I'm not exist here every one walks on me no respect I'm not human I'm just animal you treated me like this .

This same snot nosed company showed in our office. His attempt for entry was exactly as described in the other reviews. Short of being the most rude individual on this planet, if he was from this planet, they have no right to enter the property as informed by my land lord. I'm not sure what the objective of Reliable Reports is but their representation sucked and I'm looking forward to reporting this company to BBB.
