Rhode Island Convention Center and Dunkin' Donuts Center Review

A beautiful structure and have great events here. Plan on going there every year for the Rhode Island Comic-Con.

Considering how long it's been there it's still in very good condition

Went to see Disney on Ice. Small venue but good views

Haven't been there since the new remodeling ..it's extremely nice very clean staff is friendly and helpful ..but the seats are smaller then I remembered .didn't have much space to move people were basically on top of you the whole time ..maybe some leg room would be great if you would remodel again

Great place to see a game or show. A mini TD Garden but way cleaner.

Had a blast at the Providence Bruins game but it was very busy and the parking garages overflowed.

Pretty awesome do we have this cool little gem In the middle of downtown Providence that you can go see all sorts of different shows at and events everything from monster trucks to rock and roll to hockey and basketball it's a pretty great little place The only thing that I find that stinks about it is that they close the concessions early so you really can't get anything to drink after a certain amount of time.

One of, if not THEE major entertainment centers in Rhode Island. It's located in downtown Providence, not far from train station, bus station, highways...

Whatever event you have prepurchased tickets for, be sure to bring money (cash) with you. Parking is not cheap. You will most likely park in the garage which could be around $20, depending on the event. It is rare to find parking elsewhere. It takes a little time to park and get to the Dunkin Donuts Center, aka The Dunk.

If you want to buy a drink, be prepared to pay a ridiculous amount. I believe a Budweiser cost like $10!!!! They do search your purse and you pass through metal detectors upon entrance.

If your here for a child's event, you have to buy them something that lights up or makes noise...

Place is great though. Organized, clean, and ready to provide a good time for all. Just make sure you bring at least $100 to blow. Then let the good times roll!

Cool venue, only wish concessions stayed open past 7 PM

Went to go see the most recent Providence Bruins game this past weekend. Very awesome game. We won 6-1 us. Twice inbetween 2 separate periods, they had the tyke teams play "against" each other. Gold vs Blue. Must of been around 4 or 5 yrs of age.
They also had a good variety of "lets liven up the crowd" music too. . I think a good night was had by all.

Hard to find parking. Not many signs to see where to go.

Went to.Comic Con there. Huge place. Super polite workers and very helpful

Was there for a Covid vaccination.
Very clean, well organized, everyone very pleasant and friendly. Only issue was a lot of stairs for a guy with knee problems a little difficult.

First time at this venue, and it was very large. They had the Comic Con on 3 or more levels, at least. Aside from the large crowds at times, it was great fun.

Best place to ever have a comiccon! Good coffee too!

Went to a hockey game for the first time here and the place is very clean!

Had a great time at the Dunk friday night! We were up in the VIP area and had food and drinks all night! Great place to go for company outtings and whatnot. I would say this is a great place for a night out!

What a rotten experience at the Dunk. We went in to buy tickets and was greeted by a condescending ticket agent. I think it is time he retired. I asked if their were other seats available. In my past experience, the other agents would have different seats. His cocky answer was "Do you think I am keeping them for myself?!" What a jerk face.- The worst part was The Dunkn' Donut center can not afford creamers! I went to buy a coffee for a guest at the circus, and was told "I can pour some in a lid" Like that would make it to the center of the seating row full of little kids. I stopped a so called manager. I want his job. Walk around with security guards, and do nothing. He could have helped but, chose not too. After spending over $200. for 3 people, you think you could get cream for your coffee. Maybe Dunkn' Donuts should sponsor a venue where they can afford cream. P.S. I missed the girl getting shot out of cannon. What a joke. Our next events will be attended in Massachusetts.

Best Event Center in the USA Great Performance From Billy Gilman POP Artist the staff thiere were friendly & Sweet they made being thier and enjoying the show Great and all the Managment Staff where cautious and helpful. I Run this POP artist Social media Facebook Fan Club. And they Did him Proud and presented a Safe Venue to enjoy this artist in. Clean organised And the Head Customer Service Agent is so Marvellous my seating was perfect and I was able to get Wonderful pictures and Videos for his Fans in the Club who could not atend. And for all fans who where thier we thank this facility For the BEST Exsperience Ever

Yes items, drinks, and food are over priced. Great events they have. Employees are always very professional and patient.

Fun spot to catch a sporting, musical, or other event. Easy parking in adjacent garage. Lots of restaurant choices in surrounding city blocks, with options in all price ranges. I'd avoid the food in the Center. The quality is really bad and prices high. The arena is small enough that most seats feel close to the action, unlike places like Boston Garden. We recently saw the Globetrotters. Granddad (me), five-year-old grandson, and everyone in between had a great time. We first ate lunch at the Trinity Brewhouse, which was a great place to eat, with a very good kids' menu, lots of comfort food for the grownups, and - of course - great beer. About a five-minute walk to the center.

Saw panic at the Disco and the staff was nice and the stadium was huge

Providence Bruins Game was a fun, excited night. I Love The Dunkin Center. Great -Special Nights-Give-away, Team Cups, T-shirts, Hand Towel Wavers and other Prizes. Great Family Fun Time.

Very good experience, good customer service and very friendly staff.

Typical convention center. We saw disney on ice and the show was great. The seating was fine, refreshments were standard fare (and cost). Most importantly, the parking was close and there was plenty of room (within a block of the center, mostly covered walkways to the center).

This is a great venue it always looks clean and doesn't look outdated.

Seeing Phish here was fun! Staff was nice, bo problems reported within my crew. Wasn't too hot. Getting through security took a long time, but we didn't miss any of the show. Good times at the dunk!

We went for a providence Bruin's game! Parking can be a challenge! Parking in the mall is the cheapest!

Was there for a college graduation! First time there and felt that any seat in the place was a good seat.

We are so lucky that we have the Dunkin donuts and are so close to us. This is a phenomenal place to take your children and to experience events in the local area. Thank you Dunkin donuts center for always providing great memories for me and my family. We love you and will always be back

Nice arena, basketball, hockey, concerts, graduation venue.

Went to see Disney ice show. It's for kids, but my wife never went to an ice show, so we went. Everything is easy peasy if you know what your doing. If you don't, everyone is helpful including staff. Food and beverage prices are high, but I didn't expect them to ba as high as they were. Pretty satisfied overall. Great security by the way.

Awesome stadium love watching the games. Only thing, but you dont realize it because you're cheering, is the seats are a bit tight for this big guy. Love all the employees, I deal with them on the daily, awesome bunch of folks trying to make your experience memorable!

Similar to most indoor event Civic center. However, the seats were very comfortable and the rest rooms were exceptionally clean. Price were average for drinks and food which is outrageous.

Great place for various events though everything is pricey , they do serve food and beers at outrageous prices waters are $5!! Parking is not good and if you choose the parking garage it is $15 to park, I'd recommend parking in the mall and walking it will save you around 10 depending how long your there , plenty of other places to eat as well

I love The Dunk!!! This time I attended a Providence College Friars Basketball Game. I've also been there for Providence Bruins Hockey Games, Disney on Ice, and Barnum & Bailey Circus. Always enjoy The Dunk!

Great venue but as with all, concessions are outrageous.

Been here a few times for events and it is a nice small venue and every seat is pretty good. Seating charts make this place look larger than it is but even if you think you are getting nose bleed seats, you are actually pretty close to the floor. The concessions here are horrible with overcooked nasty fries and hot dogs and popcorn charging of course an outrageous amount. In all though a good place to see a concert or game with $15 parking close by and less traffic than Boston.

There's ample parking around the stadium, but it's pretty expensive for Providence at $15+. The stadium itself is easy to navigate. The drinks there are overpriced ($13 for a 24oz can Yuengling).
