Busy busy but very organized they do a GREAT JOB! the one that dis my swab was so gentle didnt hurt

Food is pricy (expected). Bathrooms a little outdated. Seats need updating.

A great set up to get all the big time sporting events and the local college teams. All the seats are reasonable and it feels more comfortable than it looks at first.

Great hockey arena. Great seats are pretty cheap and they are often running some kind of special on price

Easy location to parking, bathrooms are small, seating is good and iced coffee is available.

It's newer and in good condition. The staff is polite and helpful. Upper level concert seats seem to have an echo caused by the delay between stage and overhead speakers.

This is a really solid arena. The 2008 renovations made things better. Nearly every seat has a great view of the game. The pitch of the seats is tight, so if you are tall, choose a wheel chair row.

Small but that is what makes it great. You can see everything from every seat in the place and you feel close to the performance. Definitely check it out.

Decent venue, pricey concessions. More security needed to control unruly fans: not conducive to family attendance.

Attended a Providence Bruins Ice Hockey game with our Grandchildren. Pick up of tickets at Will Call was quick and smooth. Security was well staffed and smooth. Facility and seats were great, staff very professional and the game was fantastic. Concessions were a little expensive but service was quick and friendly. All around great evening.

I have been here for several concerts and events and it is decent. Parking is convenient and concessions are affordable.

Not a bad seat in the house. Great night out on the cheap seeing a bruins or friars game. Great spot for concerts as well. Average pricing on food and beverage.

Prices are hot garbage. Especially for coffee. $4.50 for a coffee and they do not accept gift cards. Unacceptable for a place called "Dunkin"

Seating is extremely tight. Leg room is not existent. If you are tall prepare for people to use your knees as head rests.

Seat size is good. Went to see a P-Bruins games. Every veiw was good and the sound was really solid.

I went there to see a Providence Bruins game and the experience was great! Seats are good and the place looks really nice. It's a great place to see some minor league hockey!

Disney show. Good performance, good venue, but concessions with a full menu had hot dogs, water, and beer. I liked the hot dogs, my kids didn't like the beer.

Great place to go to see a hockey game! Not horribly expensive, and not horribly crowded! I suggest it as a good place to go is you're staying in, visiting, or are near Providence.

Did covid test there everyone including the military were very professional and courteous Im very pleased thank you for making it easy

A wonderful concert venue, comfortable seats, friendly staff, excellent service. I would definitely return to see another show or event at this location. We went to see the last USA date of the Jojo Siwa D.R.E.A.M. Tour, so we had our children with us. Entering the venue was easy, bathrooms were clearly marked and easy to find, had no trouble finding our seats. The place was clean and the food was tasty. The wait for the ladies room was at times high, but they have cocktails on tap, so that makes up for it.

There were a few choices as far as parking locations went, and the one we chose was reasonably priced. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

A lot of things and events are always happening here. Just look out to the ones you'll like to see.

Have enjoyed every event I've attended here. Convenient parking. Easy to reach by public transit. Well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff.

Easy to get to, parking is ok and it was good place

Access to the event was easy and it is better to buy tickets at the same place as online because they are cheaper and you can choose where you want to sit

Not every vendor takes cash, but there are no signs verifying which vendors take cards and which don't.

I been to the Dunk many times to see AHL hockey games. Nice venue and friendly staff.

More expensive seats for hockey&basketball are avg-good; less expensive seats guarantee a mediocre- poor viewing experience. Concession prices are MadSqGarden level but food is far below. Dine elsewhere before/after event.

Went to Disney on Ice this afternoon.....looked for our seats a good 15 minutes before showtime and not an usher in sight! My sister had to go to a different section to find someone who vaguely pointed to where he thought our seats were and sure enough after the show started we were in the wrong seats! The usher (female) in section 106/107 was extremely rude and after leading us up and down the stands a few times basically told us to do her job and have people move out of the way when she actually found our seats in between her eye rolls and attitude. If this wasn t a show FOR CHILDREN who unfortunately missed a good portion of the show maybe I would be a bit more understanding. Disappointed in your staff Dunkin Donuts Center!

Been to a few shows here. It's close to providence place mall which is nice to hang out in before the show :)
