Rhode Island Convention Center and Dunkin' Donuts Center Review

Show was great, and they gave me a dunkin donuts gift card on the way out!

Done a couple of shows here. Backstage area is very clean and open. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to work in this venue.

Went to see providence bruins for my birthday and it was fantastic really easy to get in and out concession lines were moving fast and the center is sounded by parking garages

Have been going here for 25 years now, never had a bad experience.

Luxury Boxes for events are reasonable and very cool! Highly recommend!

I've always loved the providence civic center lol.. many great memories here and making more with my kids

I have to say I definitely love the different events and activities that they have at this location. I want several times for different events and is always a lot of different food and drink options.

Saw Smackdown Live. We had seats in the lower bowl. I'm only 5'10" 220lbs. Granted I'm a big guy, but I'm not like 6'6" 350. But that's exactly how I felt in those seats. Was not comfortable at all. Almost claustrophobic at times. And I never get like that. Show was excellent though.

I went for a Bruins game and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely say they are very pricey for not many good or different options. Eat beforehand.

Generally a great venue. I've gone to some wonderful shows there. At Comic Con, though, it gets very, very, crowded. Comic Con might have to work on crowd control a bit more.

I went to the Rhode island hemp fest. I met alot of cool people got some cool stuff such as my higher breed shirt learned about mammoth grow and checked out some vendors

We go for the PBruins a lot. Fun little venue with good energy. Decent food and beer, at the kind of price you'd expect at a stadium.

Excellent venue for whatever entertainment it is. That could be Friars basketball, Providence Bruins hockey, concerts, trade shows, whatever. It's big enough to be big enough and small enough that there isn't a bad seat in the house.

Only knock is the the concession stands and outer ring look like they haven't been updated since the place was built.

Affordable parking close-by. Lots of great stuff at the dunk at reasonable prices! Easy on/off for the highway, too...

Great place to go and watch hockey fairly priced had a great time

I'm at the Dunk often enough due to working with the local convention, and it's a nice center for sports and other events. The round lay out is easy to grasp and the security for getting in is polite and professional. Parking can be a bit of a issue with unmarked and unclear directions but it's manageable. The center is clean and the bathrooms are as well which is always important. Seating is comfortable enough and the hockey games are always a treat. Concessions are varied and expensive like at any center.

Saw the p Bruins game for the first time since I was a young buck, and it's still just as exciting

I found their service to be excellent plus they also provide a senior discount.

Great for college hoops, home shows and auto shows. Has conference meeting spaces also.

Watched Marvel live at this location. I parked in the mall and walked over. Great Show. Nice venue.

Good seats for Harlem Globetrotters. Good venue. Harlem Globetrotters won 93-85 and beat the Washington Generals

A tad hard to navigate and items (food and whatnot) are obviously expensive but the atmosphere is awesome for various events

Its nice bit make sure u have everything u need before u go in because if you make a simple mistake like forgetting your ID in the car or your money you can't go back out because they won't let you back in otherwise it was nice

Let me start by saying we didn't have a great experience.... ordered.coffee and the cream was bad so had to reorder 3.50 for a med. .. later in the day we had food .. just as bad .. had a mini pizza which was the equivalent of a slice .. 9 bucks ????? ... cheeseburger was semi warm on a soggy bun 6 bucks .. fries no salt or pepper on prep and no salt or pepper to be found 4 bucks .. nachos were stale 7 bucks and had to pay extra for cheese sauce and salsa ... 16 oz soda 7 bucks ... seats are so small I felt like I was sitting on the person next to me.. just a bad experience all around .. nevermind the 25 general admission.. I hope some of the money went to the cheerleaders of blackstone .. 15 bucks to park .. all said and done we were rite around 100 bucks to go see our granddaughters cheer competition and get a video... what a shame .. the average family can't afford that .. it's no wonder there isn't any family interaction anymore .. it's cheaper to let your kids run the streets .. in conclusion .. I hope we just went on a bad day and this isn't the standard of quality for this place .. but I surely don't plan on visiting again any time soon

Great facility. Also easy to walk inside from the mall to rhe westin to the convention center to the dunk when weather is bad

Hold on to your wallet for the food and drinks they hit you over the head on prices!!

Cuz you can watch hockey games and you can watch on basketball games and if you are allowed to watch baseball games I can watch it Dunkin Donuts Center is so cool because we got p bruins hat's

Great experience in the convention center, food was pricy

Just stopped at the Dunk for a covid test, and I was in-and-out in 20 mins with a negative result. If you want a BinaxNOW test this is a good option.

We visit here a lot during hockey season. The arena is okay. It's usually extremely packed and hard to walk around. Foods good but over priced.

Went to the Comic Con there and it was amazing, the setup if event was great. Getting from one section to another was well done, looking forward to the next comic Con event here next year

Went to a Bruins game during the Star Wars promo. Lots of fun and a good game.

Great place to catch a hockey game. Plenty of parking nearby, but often difficult to cross the road to get to the venue. The venue itself is pretty nice. Plenty of seating, good concessions and helpful staff.

For venue for a concert but not the most helpful of staff.

I'm so angry and disappointed - we had tickets to the Friday, 2/7/2020 for Jeff Dunham's show which we missed due to sitting in gridlock traffic for well over 2 hours!!

This was our first time coming to the Dunkin' Donuts Center for an event and I truly can't understand how the traffic situation was handled so poorly! In addition, while we sat in traffic I tried calling the box office (NO answer) and left messages for various people on the Dunkin' Center using their "Contact us page" and still haven't received a return call.

Hopefully they'll see my complaint and do something proactive so someone else doesn't have the same experience as we did.

Went to a P Bruins game. It was a good time but the seating needs to be a bit better. Seat are kind of small.

RI Comic Con was here and in the RI Convention Center last year. We'll organized event.
